CHAPTER 21

"That's all about the history of Vasilyev and the family meal schedule, Madam."

Tumango ako sa butler ng Vasilyev. Kanina pa ako nagpaikot-ikot dito dahil may pinuntahan pa silang dalawa na importante.

"You will also have a personal maid." Sinenyasan niya ang isa sa mga maid at lumapit ito sa amin.

"Madam, this is Loretta. One of the new maids in the mansion."

Magalang na yumuko ito sa akin. "I'm Loretta, Madam. I will be serving you from now on."

Bumalik ang tingin ko sa butler at iginiya ako patungo sa magiging kwarto ko. Binuksan nito ang pintuan at bumungad sa akin ang napakalaking kwarto.

Manghang tumingin ako at inilibot ang aking tingin. Blood red and white theme looked good in my eyes, halata talaga na napakaelegante ng desinyo. Lalo na ang mga furnitures.

"I like it." Lumapit ako sa vanity mirror at tinignan ang repleksyon ko.

"Your Young Master. . ." I glanced at him. "Is he a busy type of a person?"

"I see. . ." Lumipat ang tingin ko sa isang pintuan at tumayo.

Lumapit ako sa pintuan at binuksan ko ito. It's the bathroom- I mean, I can see that there is a toilet, a shower room, jacuzzi, bathtub- andami. All in one room?

Tumikhim ang butler sa likod ko, seeing my surprised face. "Madam, the bathroom and the closet are connected. There's no other door for the closet room except here. Also, for the other door, it was connected with the Young Master's room."

Huminga ako ng maluwag. I don't even have a phone in here, wala akong magagamit na p'wedeng pangcontact kay Kuya or Kay Roshan.

I sighed. Kailan pa ba ako magsstay sa lugar na ito? I may feel safe in this house but they can kill me anytime.

I stayed in my room, thinking how will I survive in this house, in this country without someone's help. I can see that the Old Vasilyev had taken a liking to me. Sana nga magpatuloy ito, I can't afford to lose my life in a snap.

I didn't notice that I fell into my deep slumber and woke up the other day. Napaingos ako nang maramdaman ang pagkarelax ng katawan ko.

I slowly opened my eyes and sat on the bed, stretching my arms. Napansin ko na ang damit na suot ko bago ako matulog ay hindi na iyon kundi isa ng night dress.
