Namjoon Pov 🎬

I softly stared at Yn, who sat before me, her fingers fidgeting in her lap. She was nervous-too nervous.

I missed the fire in her eyes, the fierce girl who never backed down from a challenge. The girl who wasn't afraid to speak her mind, to stand against anything she deemed unfair.

Now, that fire was replaced by uncertainty.

And I hated it.

I wanted her back. The girl who once looked her father in the eye and claimed we had slept together just to provoke him-even when we hadn't. The girl who met my gaze without flinching, who threw my own words back at me without hesitation.

But now... she was hesitant. Questioning everything.

I leaned forward slightly, my eyes never leaving her face.

I softly touched her cheek as she leaned into my palm. I knew she craved me... craved comfort. She had never received it from her family since childhood, so she yearned for it more and more. She longed for love-something deeper, something she could trust.

"Yn..."

"Yes?" Her voice shook slightly.

"I want to kiss you."

She looked at me blankly. I caressed her cheek, and she closed her eyes. That was all the consent I needed. I leaned in, our lips just an inch apart. I could feel her unsteady breath-warm, shaky, hesitant yet wanting.

Just as our lips were about to meet-

RING

I clenched my jaw as my phone buzzed loudly in my pocket. My frustration spiked instantly.

"FUCK... WHO THE HELL KEEPS CALLING ME?!" I growled, pulling away.

I yanked my phone out, barely glancing at the caller ID before switching it off with an angry sigh.

"I hate this. Every damn time..."

"It must be important," Yn mumbled, her voice quiet.

I scoffed and Bend over, running a hand through her hair softly

"You think you're less important?"

I cupped her cheek again, forcing her to meet my gaze. "Answer me, Yn," I demanded softly.

She hesitated, her lips slightly parted, her breath uneven. "I... I don't know," she whispered.

I scoffed, shaking my head. "Of course, you don't." My fingers traced the curve of her jaw, down to her neck, feeling the way her pulse quickened under my touch. "You always downplay yourself."

She looked away, but I didn't let her. My grip on her chin was firm yet gentle, keeping her focus on me.

"You are important," I stated, my voice carrying no room for doubt. "More than anything."

Yn swallowed, her eyes searching mine for something-assurance, maybe. Permission to believe me.

She was a contradiction. Strong but fragile. Fearless but hesitant. She craved comfort, love, warmth... things she had never truly received. And it made her hungry for it.

I smirked slightly, my fingers trailing down to her wrist, feeling her racing pulse. "If I were anyone else, I would have taken advantage of how vulnerable you are right now."

She stiffened.

"But I'm not anyone else," I murmured, tilting my head. "I want you, Yn. But I don't just want to take-I want you to give yourself to me. Completely. Willingly."
