Chapter 38

Oliver's  pov

After my relaxing bath with kai, I felt so much better. His relaxing massages and  compliments made me feel so much better. We got dressed in our comfortable clothes before walking  downstairs .

Malikai's pov

When we got downstairs, oliver went to the kitchen while I went to pick up our food delivery. "Ooo, is that lunch? What are we having?" asked Leah, which, for some reason, irritated me.

I ignored her and walked to the kitchen where my darling prepared plates. "You can't ignore them forever," he said as he began dishing up for us."That makes both of us," I answered with a little smile.

"I hate them," he said, and I could hear the passion and honesty in his voice. "So do I," I answered honestly. "They haven't done anything to you,"he said matter of factly.

"They hurt the person  I  love more than anyone and anything in this whole world  which, if you ask me, is reason  enough." He smiled at me lovingly before we carried our food upstairs.

We ate before falling asleep in each others arms. Olivers ability to sleep so much today must have been caused by his stress.

I woke up around 7 while oliver was still laid asleep. I walked downstairs to see that happy family eating while giggling and farting at my table.

"Hi, I dont think we've officially met im olivers father," said the man with his hand held out as I approached." I know Oliver's father, and you are not him... but anyways it's okay to know you, I guess," I said before turning to walk away.

However, before I could get far olivers mom spoke." I know this is a very difficult time for both oliver and you, but I really hope you can find a way to live with us and respect us as family," she said, making my blood boil .

" Okay, listen here ma'am you and your family have done nothing but traumatize my lover. You ruined his childhood and made him think he wasn't good enough for a long time. So for that, I dont like you, and unlike oliver, my heart isn't as pure and forgiving, so dont expect me to treat you like family with respect. I dont know you very well but I know you are just a bunch of shitty users who are definitely not my family so to answer your question no I will not be treating you with respect and trust me I'm counting down the days until you leeches can get the fuck out of my angels life." I said as calmly as I could.

Im so fucken tired of these people." Please dont talk to my wife like that" said olivers dad." Just shut up cause if it wasn't for oliver and I you'd be in a coffin six feet under so dont fucken tell me what to do" I  said raising my voice slightly.

My fists were balled and my jaw was clenched in anger. After getting  nothing but stares of disbelief  and fear, I  walked away. I went right back to my room to cuddle  the only person who could calm my anger.

Olivers pov

I woke up the next day feeling a whole lot better. I felt like I could conquer this situation I'm in . The only way to get through this is to be mature like an adult, which is exactly what I'm gonna do.

I glanced at kai who was still sleeping soundly next to me. I got up and freshened up before  making my way downstairs.

No one was up yet which I was thankful for. I began making breakfast for everyone. As I was finishing up I saw kai enter the kitchen shirtless.

"Morning beautiful," he said, hugging me from behind as I dished up for him and I. "Morning Kai " I said smiling widely. "The food smells good, but you smell even better," he said as he sniffed my neck like a werewolf.

I giggled at his comment. We kept talking with kai's arms around me as he continued to kiss and suck on my neck every chance he got. Well, that was until someone pulled us out of our own little world by clearing their throat.

Kai and I looked up at the same time to see my dad looking at us emotionlessly. But i knew under that emotionless facade was a homophobic man boiling with anger from looking at 2 man love one another.

"Ahhh morning," he finally said with a forced smile." Morning," I said with an overly sweet smile. I was having a good morning, and no one could take that way from me.

"Breakfast smells nice," he said, approaching. "I'll make you a plate," I said, beginning to dish up for him. After that, Sidney and leah came down and joined us for breakfast.

We sat at the big table eating in an awkward silence. " Baby, I was talking to jason, and he said Vincent isn't feeling well, so we should probably go check up on him," said kai to me.

"Off course  is he okay... what's wrong? " I asked worriedly. " it's just flu, he'll be okay," said kai, making me relax. We then went back to eating silently.

Leah than cleared her throat and turned to malikai. "Ummm kai, can I ask you for something?" she said, making me turn to look at her ugly.

Only i call him that who the fuck does she think she is."firstly never call me kai ever again because only my lover calls me that... Secondly go ahead and ask" said kai coldly.

I could always rely on my grumpy husband to be bitchy and cold." Ohh sorry  umm my parents  and I were wondering  if you could  give us jobs in your companies " she said shamelessly making me turn to her.

"I dont think I can do that... you not qualified enough to work in any of my companies" he said honestly making me burst out in laughter.

"What are you laughing at you dont have a job either" said leah angrily. "Excuse me" I said after composing myself.

"You just sit here all day wasting  his money . You not worthy of him he belongs with someone  pretty and hardworking like me...you will never satisfy him like I can" screamed leah angrily.

I stood up about to jump halfway across the table with anger. Before I could smack leahs face someone grabbed me and wrapped me in their arms.

All I could see was red as tried I fighting my way out of malikai's  tight grip.leah looked scared shitless .

"Baby calm down" said kai as he pulled me closers. I  ignored him as I turned to leah and coldly  said " get the fusvk out of my house" I said angrily.

"When I come back here I dont want to see you here...if I find yu here I'll fuck you up so bad I'll be thrown in jail and I'm nkt even scared cause orange is so my colour" I said walking out of the dining room and out of the house to sit in the garden.

I was angry and it wasn't because leah said I didn't have a job because I knew I was opening my restaurant in a few months.

It's because she said the same thing malikai's mom said a few months ago about me not being able to satisfy malikai. The reason I wanted to beat her up so bad was because I was scared she might be right, and that's my worst nightmare.
