They settled into the Ferris wheel. Jungkook getting excited about the view from the top whereas Taehyung was looking at him, hoping to get answers to his question. He wondered if the kiss didn't mean anything to Jungkook like all this time ago when they used to make out. Taehyung was so full of thoughts, his body language changed.

Suddenly the warmth next to Jungkook was lost, he turned to look at Taehyung who had shifted away from the younger.

"Hyung" Jungkook said softly. Taehyung frowns on hearing that. Yes Taehyung was elder to him but he had never heard Jungkook calling him that.

The younger then shifts closer to Taehyung. Softly holds his hand.

"Hyung" he says again, now looking into the elder's eyes. "I'm sorry" he says, hanging his head low.

Taehyung scoffs, looking away. Jungkook looks at him, he gulps, guilt all over his face.

"You can't stop fucking around, can you?" Taehyung said, rage built in slowly. "Knowing how much I am in love with you" a tear slips off his eye.

Jungkook's eyes well up, looking at how Taehyung was hurting and him being the reason, it sucked.

Before Taehyung could speak further, Jungkook does, "I love you, I love you too hyung" he cries out.

Taehyung's mouth dries up, hearing that, he goes still, he looks at him with confused yet fiery eyes, "is this some new game of yours now, because I can't, it fucking hurts, please leave me alone, it hurts" Taehyung says.

"N-no Tae" he grips the hand tighter, "I want you, I realised, I need you, I can't...I can't without you..I fucking love you, Tae" he says, tears slipping down his face.

Taehyung takes his time to process the words Jungkook let out. He held onto the younger's face, immediately wiping the tears. "You do?" He asks.

Jungkook looks up softly, "I do Tae"

Taehyung looks at those starry eyes, his attention falling on those soft pink lips, the ones that he always craves for.

Jungkook doesn't hold back, he gives in.
They slowly lean in to share a kiss, a little salty with their tears mixing up but they didn't care about it.

The Ferris wheel was quiet, just the creaking of the metal and the distant laughter of the parkgoers below. As they reached the very top, the city stretched out before them, glittering under the night sky.

The air had shifted and it felt lot more different now. Jungkook and Taehyung held hands throughout.

Jimin turned to Yoongi, the soft glow of the lights reflecting in his eyes. "You really did plan the best date ever."

Yoongi smiled. "Well, I had the best company."

And as the Ferris wheel slowly descended, Jimin leaned in, capturing Yoongi’s lips in a gentle, lingering kiss—sealing the perfect day with a perfect moment.

Jimin and Yoongi saw Taehyung and Jungkook holding their hands as they walked towards the exit.

Jimin giggled, "I think Jungkook realised what he should have long back"

"Everything has a time, ain't it?" Yoongi says.

"I guess you're right"

On their drive way back home, Jimin and Yoongi were chattering about the different rides and the lovely food at the park, while Taehyung and Jungkook were quite.

Soft jazz playing in the background, Jungkook asks, "earlier, I said sorry" he gulps nervously, "I-I said it because, I realised it, too late, when you were already with bogum hyung" he looks at Taehyung.

Taehyung had his eyes on the road.
"I couldn't see you falling in love with him, I hated when he stuck so close to you and I couldn't, I was so stupid that I couldn't realise how much I craved for you"

Taehyung looks at the younger sitting next to him, saying all of thatt, everything that he wanted to hear all this while.

"Jungkook-ah, you know I'm with bogum hyung now" he says and Jungkook nods, hating the way his gut wrenches.

"I just don't know wh-"

"Tae, I want you, I really want you the way you want me, I know you do, I can feel it, I know you want me back" Jungkook says.

"Jungkookie, I've always wanted you, but"

"No buts please" he swallows the luno in his throat.

"I'll have to think about this, about us" he says. "Bogum hyung cares for me too, he is a genuine person and I don't want to hurt him, I already have by kissing you" he gulps.

"Oh" Jungkook looks away.

"Jungkookie, I want to be sure, that you, actually really want me" he says.

The younger nods, "I do Tae, I'll prove it" he sniffles, "I know you can't be sure about this because of the way I behaved earlier, but trust me, I will, show you"

Taehyung nods. He wish he could hug his Jungkookie right now but he was driving.
