It all started off well.
The days were bright and sunny, the nights were crisp and clear.
All I saw was beauty, that is until she appeared.
With hair like gleaming silver, with eyes like smoky dust,
With jewels of precious colours, with metal that turns to rust.
Looking at her is like looking through a broken mirror, she reveals the world in a whole different way,
Talking to her is like having thoughts with no language, she speaks words you fail to say.
But being near her is like trying to catch smoke, she's never really there,
She's forever at your fingertips, but you feel you shouldn't care.
She's like running through fog or stomping through rain,
She's so close you could grab her, but so far it's insane.
And every time you ask her calmly where she's gone,
She smiles with spunk and dignity, as if she'd never been at all.

So I'm just going to do a quick, shameless promotion for Boring_Tings ' book, Missing Ian. This is honestly one of the best books I've ever read and I feel that it doesn't get anywhere near the credit it deserves. If you've been having some issues finding a wattpad book that keeps you on the edge of your seat, crying, laughing your head off or all three, give this book a shot. I'd love to surprise her with some more well deserved reads/votes.
Okay, I'm done. I'm so sorry.
