Between a Cook and an Agent

My whip moved forward as I made the first strike. I managed to wrap it around Lucci's arm and lift him in the air. My plan was to slam him to the floor but before it could happen, Lucci managed to stop the impact by planting his feet to the ground. 

With one swift movement, he aggressively pulled his arm forced as the force of it made my body fly towards him. I could see his arm moving back, ready to strike a punch. Luckily my Umi-Umi power allows me to re-shape the water and quickly turned it into a barrier, blocking Lucci's punch in the process. 

Unfortunately, my legs were wide open and Lucci bent down, swiftly kicking my legs. I lost my balance as my body shifted sideways and was heading straight to the ground. 

I managed to save myself from the fall and utilized my arms to form a water slide, sliding away from Lucci. Losing slight control of my power, the water disappeared and I tumbled on the ground. 

"(Y/N)-chan!" I heard Franky's voice. 

"(Y/N) are you okay!?" Usopp came to my side and helped me up but I lightly nudged him away. 

"Stay back Usopp, you'll get hurt." He listened and took a couple feet back, probably a little too much to avoid getting hit.

I stretched my arms and cracked my neck to prepare to fight again. Lucci is really strong and another wrong move can end this fight in an instant. 

Never in my life have I ever imagined myself fighting Lucci. But I will attack anyone who dishonor my Father's legacy. 

"Are you done playing Princess?" Lucci taunted while taking slow steps towards me. 

My arms waved and formed a water barrier around hand. This water barrier should help protect me hand from punching him if he tries to block it. "Not until I kick your ass Lucci." Another whip formulated from my hand and I dashed forward again. 

The whip wrapped around his arm again but instead of attempting to slam him to the ground, I jumped over and landed behind him. 

Lucci never moved from his spot which gave me the chance to attack him. "This is for Icebarg, Paulie and Nami!" I tried to throw a punch at him but it was blocked when I heard him say tekkai. His body's resistance made my arm shake in pain from the impact. 

"Are you finished?" Lucci taunted again. 

It was pissing me off at how coy Lucci's being. I found it unattractive of him to behave this way and thought about sweeping his legs like how he did to me. 

"Fuck you!" I bent down and swept my leg against Lucci's making him lose his balance. 

Just as I thought I had the upper hand, Lucci gracefully placed his arm on the ground and lifted himself back up with ease. 

With my whip still wrapped around his arm, he tugged it with force as I immediately landed in his arms. 

"Sorry Princess but we can't waste anymore time. We have a train to catch." Lucci said as one hand held my arms behind my back and the other covering my mouth. 

I'm ashamed to admit it, but I just lost my fight against Lucci. He literally defeated me with ease and I'm very frustrated about it.

"At that time eight years ago, more than a hundred people, including marines and officials, were severely injured here in Water 7. The culprit was you, Franky. You caused the World Government so much trouble that day. But since you were reported dead in that sea train accident, your charge was annulled."
