Please take a moment to read this.
I’d truly appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to read what I want to tell you. It won’t take long, but it means a lot to me.

Now that I’ve completed the story, there are some thoughts I’d like to share with you. I’ll go through them one by one.

1 .  Description

I incorporated descriptions extensively throughout the story, to make sure they serve as both a vehicle for the theme and a means to progress the plot at a slow, deliberate pace.

While fast-paced readers may not find this approach appealing. But it is intentional. Since the central theme of the story revolves around quietness, I chose a richly descriptive narrative as the most fitting choice to open its depth.

Description acts as the driving force of the story, especially because one of the main characters is reserved and speaks very little. Rather than including scenes of the lives of minor characters, I chose to keep the focus intimate and introspective.

Another reason for this approach is my love for nature. I have always wanted to capture its beauty, to show readers how nature itself can be an evocative, moving force within a story.

In this narrative, description is not just an artistic tool. It is a mechanism that propels the story forward, much like the turning gears of a machine.

2.   Quietness yet loud

The greatest subject of this story is quietness. The heart of the story. From the very beginning, I never intended for Taehyung to change—I never wanted him to become someone who suddenly speaks more just because he fell in love and found a great partner. No, that was never the plan.

The story has always been about a mafia falling in love with a quiet boy, and that’s exactly how it will begin and how it will end.

Taehyung has to remain quiet, just as he was when Jungkook first fell for him. His silence is not something to be "fixed"—it is simply who he is, his nature, his way of being. He won’t suddenly start talking and engaging with others in the end because that would go against everything that defines him.

My boy is quiet, and the mafia fell in love with him because of who he is. He is the mafia’s quiet beloved who is sharply intelligent too, and he will stay that way forever. That’s the essence of the story, the meaning behind its title, and the very soul of its theme.

3.  Jungkook’s Past and an Incident

I never planned for Jungkook to have a dark or tragic past. Jungkook getting shot in the chest also disturbs me sometimes because I didn't want to mold the story the way I did. But at some point, I changed my mind. Now, I regret it, I do. I didn’t want it to be this way, yet here we are. Maybe I’ll rethink it in the future, change something, or add a different layer to it. But for now, I’ll just let it be.

4.   Children

I know some of you might be disappointed that the story didn’t end like the one I wrote on YouTube. There’s no scene of Taekook adopting children and building a "happy family." But that was never the direction I planned for this story.

From the very beginning, I wanted it to be just about them, just the two of them—no kids, nothing outside their intense, all-consuming love.

At one point, I considered including a child, and I did that on the YouTube version. I was influenced by what some of you wanted. But in the end, I chose to stay true to my vision here on Wattpad. This is a mafia story, an intense romance. Their love is deep, raw, and exclusive—just them, forever. And that’s exactly how I wanted it to end. Only them.

About My Health

Yes, it’s the same old topic, but I need to say this—and I need to thank you all. As many of you know, I’ve been struggling with health issues, both physically and mentally.

And honestly, there were so many times when I just wanted to leave, to stop writing altogether. I swear, I’m not exaggerating when I say the pressure of everything in my life drained me completely. The love I once had for writing began to fade, and at some point, it started to feel like torture. My mental health was in shambles, and though I still love writing, it’s not the same as before.

There were days when even gathering the energy to write a single passage felt impossible. But I kept reminding myself—I can’t leave things unfinished. It’s just not in my nature. So I pushed through, even when I was on the verge of giving up always.

THANK YOU

And you, you guys—you were incredible. You stood by me with great support, tolerating my late updates, patiently waiting despite the long gaps, and always understanding my struggles. I don’t know how to put into words just how much that means to me. You became my strength when I had none left.

From the bottom of my heart—thank you. Thank you for never giving up on me when I was so close to giving up on myself. Thank you for being the most dedicated, loyal readers I’ve ever known. Thank you for understanding, for standing beside me, for giving me courage.

Thank you for being patient with my health, for waiting, for believing in this story, and for believing in me.

I can’t express how much that means. But just know—I’m grateful.

I love you all🌹
