If you all don't know, Bonnie can get pregnant. And in smut/yaoi chapter, Freddy did 'it' with Bonnie...and well you know.
In this Bonnie gets all the signs of pregnancy like two days after, and becomes clingy well more clingy than he already is.
So he's going to be more clingy to Freddy.
This also explains why he wanted waffles, he doesn't really like them.
