You're exhausted the next morning when you walk into the staff meeting. There was traffic on your way back from the hospital. Traffic! In the middle of the night! You'd barely gotten any sleep and do your best to focus as Nezu explains the new program he wants to introduce to UA.

The principal is planning to create a dorming system on campus for all students currently enrolled. He hopes it will help reassure parents and the public that student safety is paramount, and believes its the best way to keep them all safe during their studies. Your own students back in the US lived at the school you worked at, and for the time it existed, it certainly helped with both safety and community, which are both things the students need right now.

It doesn't take long for the dorms to be built, between Cementoss' quirk and the seemingly unlimited funding the school has, the buildings are zoned and constructed in a little over a week.

Today, All Might and Aizawa are sent to all the homes of 1A students to convince them of the benefits of dorming. Nezu asked you to meet with him instead of joining them on their trip, which you're doing your best not to stress about as you see both of them out.

"God, you two look as stressed as me." The two heroes are dressed to impress in suits. Aizawa is well groomed today with his usual stubble shaved clean and his hair pulled back in a half-up ponytail. He looks good. You peel your eyes away from him to give them both an encouraging smile.

"You've both saved hundreds of people from superpowered villains. You can handle a few disgruntled parents."

Aizawa shrugs. "All we can do is explain the situation and assure them that student safety is our top priority."

"Exactly!" You exclaim. "You just be your normal, positive, outgoing self and I'm sure All Might can convince them."

It's a joke, and Toshinori snorts, covering his mouth while Aizawa rolls his eyes. You see the crinkle by his eyes, however, and know he isn't offended.

Toshinori glances at his phone. "The car's here, Eraser. Ready to go?"

"You go ahead. I'll meet you in a second."

Toshinori raises his eyebrows at that, glancing back and forth between the two of you. You roll your eyes and shake your head. Not now. The blond gives you a knowing smirk before exiting the building. He's for sure asking you for updates later.

"You look good." You tell Aizawa, gently brushing a strand of hair out of his face. "None of the moms will be able to say no to you. Some of the dads too, maybe."

He rolls his eyes again, grumbling something about how uncomfortable his tie is, but you notice the faintest shade of pink coloring his pale cheeks.

"You think Nezu is gonna fire me?"

He shakes his head. "I wouldn't let that happen."

Warmth blooms in your chest. "Good luck today."

"You too."

"Luminescence! Good to see you." Nezu greets you warmly into his office and his genial air begins to reassure you this is not a bad meeting.

"I have some big news for you. I've been in close contact with the Hero Public Safety Commission and the federal government regarding your progress here. As you're aware, establishing your position here and acquiring a provisional hero license for you was a difficult process, but one I still think was worthwhile. Throughout this past semester, I've been closely watching your progress via reports from Eraser Head and a survey from the students."

You're shocked- neither the students or Aizawa ever mentioned reports being made. You cringe at the thought of what those initial reports might say.

Nezu plops a stack of files on the desk. "I must say, I've been thoroughly impressed by both your teaching skills and your progress in your own hero training. It's been un unprecedented semester, but you've never failed to put yourself between our students and grave danger to protect them. It's also clear from the students' surveys that you've made strong connections with them. They look up to you as a hero and a mentor, which is something we hope for all our faculty here."
