Forevermore: Chapter 3

(Couple months later)

Is this period never going to end!!! I glanced down at my phone for the tenth time in class. OMG ten minutes left if class still. I groaned and rested my head on my desk. Luckily I had a sub in first period today so i wouldn't be disturbed. My head was still resting on the desk because the cool surface was relieving the headache i'd been fighting all day. I felt someone wrap they're arms around my waist as they leaned over me. I was about to push the intruder's arms off when they whispered in my ear.

"So you listened when i said stay away from daniel. Smart girl." I stiffened at the mention of the text i got this morning. I didn't tell anyone! Is this really the asshole who thinks he can boss me around?! I wanted to sit up and give him a piece of my mind but i was frozen. I couldn't move an inch, What the hell!!!! My eyes were still closed as he chuckled as if he could hear what I was thinking.

I felt his soft lips slowly kiss my neck sucking slightly. As much as this creep pissed me off the kiss felt so amazing that i almost moaned outloud. I felt him smile against my neck as he kissed it and said huskily, "Tchao, Mi Amore.."Then he was gone as if he was never there at all. I sat up with a jerk and looked around to see if anyone noticed what happened.

No one seemed to notice and were busy texting or flirting shamelessly with eachother. I was relieved no one saw but how! That impossible! Unless i'm going crazy .... Oh gosh. As i was contemplating this the bell rang and i stumbled out of class in a daze when i bumped into someone. Great my day can't get any better!

"Sorry that was my.... fault" I stopped short and looked up to see Daniel. He was glaring as if i just ran his cat over or something. But he wasn't looking at my face; he was looking at my neck. Exactly where the stranger had kissed me.

"what the hell is that zoë!?" he said through clenched teeth and balled his fists up. I stayed quite not knowing what to say. He grabbed my hand and pulled me away from the crowd of people walking to class. He dragged me behind the bathrooms.

"What happened!?" I gapped at him not understanding. He pulled out his iPhone and flipped it to front camera so I could see what pissed im off. It was a hickey, but there was something wrong with it.

It was bright pink , shaped like a star and had black ink swirling and moving slowly. It looked like the tattoo I had seen on daniel! "WHAT THE HELL!" I yelled grabbing my neck. Daniel looked at me wearily and sighed while he sat down. He put his head in his hands and said,"Who gave you that?" He said it so quietly I Had to strain to hear him.

I sat down next to him feeling drained, "I don't Know...." He stood up and glared down at me. "How the fuck do you not know who gave that to you?!" He started yelling and i felt the stares we were recieving from people walking by. I stood up and whispered "Quite down you're making a scene and if you say you don't give a shit if you make a scene i will make you regret doing it okay?" He looked down at me surprised I had the guts to threaten him and sat down again.

" Good you calmed down now listen!" I sat down and explained what happened in first period and watched as daniel's face turned pale and his fists clenched together. "Now what is on my neck! and don't even think about lying!" I Watched him and waited nervously for him to explain.

(Daniel's POV)

After Zoe finished retelling what happened she said, "Now What is on my neck! and don't even think about lying!" She glared and her violet eyes shined brightly as the sun reflected off of them. Damn She's hot when she's mad....I sighed thinking how much I had to explain to her.

"Come on we are going somewhere safe where no one will hear us." I stood up and started walking toward my car in the parking lot. I didn't need to look back to know she was following, she wanted to know what happened to her and What the god damned mark was on her shoulder. How in the Hell could he have gotten on campus without all of us sensing him! He managed to shadow mark her right under our noses.

Damn i knew i should have told the elders the second I knew she could see my marks. I was pulled out of my thoughts when i reached my car and turned around to see if my assumption was right. Zoe was standing there with a look of uncertainty on her face and I waited for her to turn and leave but she stood her ground. "Daniel Where are we going?" I almost thought she was scared until I looked into her Violet eyes. They had a hard look full of determination. I raised a eyebrow and unlocked my car "You'll see..."
