Theme Elementals
For the month of May, beings of water, earth, air, and fire step into the light for all to see. In Search of Aetheris a collection of stories about the ancient or contemporary magic surrounding the natural elements and the connection and conflict between them.
Within this anthology, we want stories that go over the wonders and dangers of dealing with elemental magic. Tales of graceful water, blazing fire, fluid air, and sturdy earth. Classical or derivative elements, as well as some of your own—mix these concepts into a special concoction of magic and mystery.
Summon the infinite energies, leash the ancient, arcane magic, and together, we will harness the power unknown to the world.
Suggested Subgenres
High Fantasy, Fantasy Adventure, Low Fantasy, Sword & Sorcery Note: Other subgenres can be present as long as the story fits the theme.
