Kidnapped Sunshine

Bug or Programing

Lil got to the break room with some pizzas. She sat down and began to eat. The door opened and she didn't look to see who it was.
"Is that Sun and Moon's favorite human?" A voice said behind her. Lil turned around quickly and saw Sarah.
"Oh! Hey," Lil smiled at her. She sat next to Lil with a salad.
"How has Sun been?" she asked as she started eating.
"He's been good, I think he's kind of sore if that's possible but mostly fine," Lil smiled. Sun was pretty good at hiding it from the kids but Lil could tell whenever they grabbed his rays and he flinched slightly. They would also twitch when a kid touched his arm.
"So you have been with him this whole time," She smirked. Lil stopped eating and stared at her before swallowing thickly.

"I-I've just been watching him at work so far. He can't completely hide it," She rubbed the back of her neck.
"Sun and Lil sitting in a tree K I S S I N G," Sarah sang and laughed.
"Shh! Be quiet," Lil tried to hush her.
"Wait, I'm not done. Moon and Lil sitting in a tree K I S S I N G," She was now full on laughing as Lil blushed. Lil covered her face with her hands. "You're fine, I know everything that goes on with those two. I can access their memories anytime I want," Sarah said nonchalantly. Wait.....Does that mean she knows about the fact they kill people. "Your face became pale. Do you know what I know about them," She asked, finishing her salad. She wasn't smiling anymore. Simply sitting there with her hands in her lap.
"I....I think so, at least part of it. They don't like talking about it," Lil looked down, messing with her hands.

"I help them sometimes with it. Finding people I mean," Sarah looked at the door.
"You help them? Why would you do that? They literally kill people and it's not like they want to," Lil slightly glared at Sarah who looked slightly surprised by Lil's questions.
"Sweetheart, I know you care about them and I do too to an extent. But they still are killing robots. They may have feelings but they still have to follow their programing," She put a hand on Lil's shoulder which she shrugged away.
"So it is in their programing and not just a bug," Lil looked down angry and sad.
"Do you still like them after knowing?" She asked.
"Of course I do, I just wish they didn't have that stupid program," Lil felt slight tears come to her eyes.

Sarah understood that maybe she said too much. "You can talk to me anytime. My number is in the system just so you know," She got up and walked backwards out the doors. Lil stayed in there a little longer just to get herself together. She left and went back to the daycare. The kids were playing and Sun was too. When Sun saw Lil he looked away slightly blushing. Lil was confused until the kids saw Lil and started yelling.
"Miss. Lil likes Mr. Sun and Mr. Moon!" One yelled. Lil looked around surprised.
"What are you kid's talking about?" Lil asked nervously.
"I saw you and Moon kissing! And when I told Sun he kept blushing," the kid that saw yelled and pointed to the still flustered Sun.

He was covering his face and his rays were spinning. Oh my gosh, on the first day too. Lil sighed as the kids all giggled.
"Now, now, so what if I like them? Does that change anything?" Lil put her hands on her hips.
"No, but we have been wanting you guys to be together for like ever," a girl said dramatically.
"And then you guys can kiss!" Another kid yelled. Lil blushed as the kids started to sing the kissing song. Sun walked over to Lil and looked at her apologetically.
"I'm sorry sunshine," Sun said.
"You don't have to be sorry. Moon and I were being stupid and got caught. *sigh* I just wish it wasn't on my first day back," Lil sighed as the kids started to die down on the teasing and were now doing their own thing.

"Oh yeah, I want to talk to you about something after the daycare closes," Lil said looking up at Sun.
"Oh? What about?" Sun asked curiously. Sun leaned slightly down.
"Just something important that I think you should know," Lil said.
"Is that so?" Sun smiled as he went more down.
"Yes?" Lil answered confusedly. He was now down to her face smiling wide. He kissed her quickly on the nose which made a few kids gasp and giggle. Lil started to blush.
"I love you doll," he whispered before standing up tall and going back to the kids. Lil shook her head well smiling.

The daycare finally closed after a long first day. They got done cleaning and getting paperwork done. Lil laid her head down onto the table.
"You all done Sunshine?" Sun asked going to the desk.
"Yup! But god I'm tired," she looked slightly up at Sun. Sun didn't miss a beat as he lifted up her up bridal style. She quickly grabbed his arms in shock. She glared at him as he hummed and got the wire on. They got up to the room and he put her on the bed. Lil stretched and sighed.
"You wanted to talk to me sunlight?" Sun smiled as he also sat on the bed.
"Oh yeah! I wanted to tell you about the fact that I want to maybe learn more about robotics so that I can get rid of some of your......" Lil stopped for a second.

Maybe she shouldn't tell them. It might just make him really upset. Sun turned his head to the side.
"I don't know like simple bugs," Lil smiled slightly.
"I think that would be great doll! I bet Sarah would love to help you," Sun smiled wide before grabbing Lil and forcing her to lay down. Sun was the big spoon and Lil was the little spoon.
"Ah! What are you doing?" Lil asked, looking back at him. Sun nuzzled the back of her head.
"I just want to cuddle with my pretty doll. All mine," Sun kissed her neck. Lil started to blush as he continued to kiss the back of her neck.
"Why are you suddenly so lovey dovey? Does Moon want to come out?" Lil smirked as Sun slightly huffed.
"Yes....I'm just enjoying you well I can," Sun sighed. Lil moved herself so she was facing Sun.
"I'm not going anywhere, you will have alone time with me," she kissed his nose and it made Sun sigh like he was in love.

"I suppose you're right. I'll see you later sunshine," he kissed her lips softly before getting up and going to the light switch.
"See you Sunny," Lil smiled. Sun flipped the light switch. Moon smiled at Lil as he was out. Lil reached for him and he went into the bed with her. She hugged his chest and snuggled into him. He pet her hair and kissed her head.
"So I guess I get to kiss you whenever I want even if the kids are there," he smiled wide.
"I can't believe they actually found out that fast," Lil rolled her eyes. She hid her face in his chest.
"Yeah, those kids can be smart sometimes," Moon smiled more. "Have you taken your pills?" Moon asked before Lil could fall asleep.
"Yeah I did, good night Moony," Lil yawned.
"Good night my starfire," Moon nuzzled into her hair as she fell deep into sleep.
