Sleep and then shower

"I love you," Moon nuzzled her. Lil giggled.
"Yeah, yeah, love you too," she smiled.
S: Can you tell her I love her too.
"Sun says he loves you too," Moon grinned.
"Well, I love him too. And I hope he can feel better," Lil kissed Moon's nose. Moon giggled a little. Then they just stayed in a pleasant silence for a while. Moon combed through her hair with his fingers. Because of his claws it felt nice. She sighed and put her head on his chest. He was always a little cold. It felt nice on her heated skin. He began to hum a simple toon. Her eyes started to feel heavy. She fell asleep quickly, slumping into his lap.
"Oh sweet starlight," he hummed as he moved hair out of her face. "Sun?" Moon asked.
S: Yeah?
"You think you could come out for a bit?"
S: Yeah, I-I think so.

Moon got up carefully putting Lil on the bed. He switched the light. Sun immediately felt pain. He retracted his rays and that made the one that got fixed hurt more.
"Wow, this sucks," he groaned.
M: Maybe you shouldn't have got shot and hit.
"Oh hush," Sun whispered. Lil quickly lifted her head and then looked around in a daze. Sun froze. "Lil?" he asked. She mumbled something and then laid back down. "Ohhhh okayyy," Sun said, relaxing again.
M: Did she take her pills today?
"Now that I think about it. I don't think so."
M: Maybe her pills help with sleep walking or something.
"Maybe," Sun sighed. He went over to her. She was breathing softly. He just wanted to kiss her all over. She felt her head. Not hot. She mumbled something about college being too expensive. "I'll make sure to give her the pills tomorrow," he kneeled down and just watched Lil. Everything was perfect. Except for his pain. But he could get through that for Lil. He ended up going into rest mode.

6 more days.

Lil slowly woke up. She squinted her eyes as the light hurt them. Then she felt a hand on her leg. It made her jump at first until she realized it was Sun's. He was still in rest mode. Lil looked at him in awe. She had never seen him so at ease. She pet his rays carefully. They twitched a little. She slowly got up and it didn't wake up Sun. She wanted to go see if she could find her phone. She looked around for a while but she found nothing. Where on earth did he hide it? It couldn't be far away. Sun started to groan and move. It made Lil jump. Sun lifted his head and then panicked for a second when he didn't see Lil. He looked over and relaxed when he saw her.
"Oh, you were up before me," Sun smiled as he looked at her from crossed arms.
"Yeah, I was surprised too. I've never seen you sleep before," she smiled, coming closer to the bed.
"Usually we don't sleep but I just felt bad after everything," Sun said.
"Understandable," Lil nodded as she sat on the bed. Sun sighed before standing up. "Is the pain still bad?"
"It's dull now," he said sitting on the side of the bed. "Oh yeah, you suddenly sat up in your sleep last night. What was that about?" He asked, looking at Lil.

"Oh shit, I think I forgot to take my pills yesterday," Lil swore.
"Language, and don't worry we were going to remind you today," Sun smiled. "Tomorrow the daycare opens up. That's going to be so much fun!" Sun said excitedly. He had stars in his eyes.
"Yeah, I should probably take a shower today. I haven't in a bit. I probably smell disgusting," Lil frowned, looking at her hands.
"I don't think you smell bad? But for your health yes, you probably should take a shower," Sun got up and took Lil by the hand. He led her to the bathroom.
"You know that I know where the bathroom is right?" Lil giggled. She sat on the toilet. Sun was looking in the cupboard under the sink.
"Yes of course I know. But you don't know where the body wash and stuff like that is," Sun rolled his eyes playfully. He stood up and he was holding body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. They all had different senses. The body wash was peach, the shampoo was lavender and the conditioner was strawberry.

"Here you are!" Sun handed them to Lil and she took them. They sat there in silence for a second.
"Are you—going to leave or are you going to watch me take a shower?" Lil smiled nervously. Sun blinked in surprise.
"No no! Of course not. Hehe, I'll be leaving," he quickly shook his head and he left, closing the door behind him. Lil giggled quietly as she got ready to take a shower.

Sun covered his blushing face as he dramatically laid down on the bed.
M: Aww, I would have liked to see.
"Moon, that's inappropriate! Plus, we haven't really talked to her about anything like that," Sun glared at the air. Sun could hear his raspy laugh. He rolled his eyes at it.
M: Sorry, I know. But you can't say you haven't thought about it. And biting is kind of a sexual thing.
"I'm not going to confirm anything. We work with children after all and all that stuff is inappropriate!" Sun said.
M: It's not against the rules to like someone. Even in that way. Teachers work with kids but they have a life outside of that. It's only a problem if you mix the two. Like the toys we have broken.
Sun heard the growl in Moon's voice. Sun knew what Moon was saying was right, he just didn't want to admit those types of feelings. It felt wrong for a robot to feel them. Especially since they didn't have the parts for that. Sun covered his face again.

It did feel good when he messed with his wires. But only if Moon or he did it. He wondered what it would feel like if Lil did it. Sun shook his head. He wouldn't think of that. He let his thoughts wonder as he listened to the sound of water.
