Her idea was stupid.

After the initial adrenaline rush, flying a jet became more difficult than Antonia had thought.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck," she panicked as she started flicking controls. The jet went down as soon as she got off the landing.

Her control was gone, and she was plummeting toward the ground.

Just as she was able to see the place she was about to crash into, she grabbed the yoke handle and yanked it toward her with all her strength, closing her eyes and hoping for a miracle.

"Please, please, please."

Just then, she felt the jet lift up.

"Oh my gosh," she gasped, shocked to find that she was now flying the plane, steadily, at that. "This is so going on my résumé."

Now, she had to figure out how to get to New York. Actually, she had to figure out where she was.

"Okay, where the fuck is north?" she asked Siri.

"North is up," Siri stated.

"No fucking shit, Sherlock," Antonia rolled her eyes. "Take me to Stark Tower."

"Getting directions to Stark Tower," Siri responded.

Antonia didn't know how accurate this GPS was when it came to flying, but she was willing to try.

As she finally got the hang of it and got comfortable, she got bored and decided she needed entertainment.

"So if you care to finndddd meee, look to the northern skyyyy. As someone told me lately, get your ass down here, you cannot fly."

Iron Man arrived at Stark Tower, landing with precision on the rooftop. The CMS device hummed with energy as Dr. Selvig stood nearby, holding the Tesseract. Tony wasted no time as he stepped out of the suit, his eyes narrowing with concern.

"Sir, I took off the Arc Reactor," JARVIS reported. "The device is already self sustained."

Tony's gaze remained fixed on Selvig, his tone sharp. "Shut it down, Dr. Selvig."

Selvig didn't flinch, his attention completely on the device. "It's too late! It can't stop now. He wants to show us something, a new universe."

Tony's jaw clenched. "Okay," he muttered as he raised his hands and fired. A blast of energy erupted from his palms, the force of it sending Selvig flying backward. But, unfortunately, there was a force field around the device.

The citizens of New York below looked up in confusion at the spectacle unfolding above.

Tony stood frozen for a moment, his eyes locked on the CMS. Despite the blast, the device remained unharmed. A silence fell over the scene, the only sound coming from Tony's harsh breathing.

"JARVIS, the barrier is pure energy," Tony heard through his earpiece.

"Yeah, I got that! Plan B," Tony stated as he spotted Loki down below, smirking at him.

"It's unbreachable. The Mark VII is not ready for deployment," JARVIS informed.

Tony didn't seem to care. He turned his head slightly, his voice cutting through the air with impatience. "Then skip the spinning rims. We're on the clock."

With a swift movement, he landed and began to walk toward the bar, his movements purposeful. The suit retracted from his body as he moved through the gauntlet, his focus now shifting to Loki, who stood at the other end of the penthouse. Loki's smug smile was unmistakable, and Tony couldn't help but roll his eyes as they walked toward one another.
