PROPOSAL

"Jimin-ah… stop… please!"

"I don’t want to hear anything!" Jimin yelled, storming into the living room, his face flushed in pure embarrassment. His voice cracked as he tried to suppress his sobs.

Hearing the commotion,taehyung and Jungkook rushed towards the living room. Before they could ask anything, Jimin immediately ran to Taehyung, throwing his arms around him and breaking into  sobs.

"Jimin-ie… what happened? Why are you crying?!" Taehyung asked in pure worry, his hands patting Jimin's back gently.

Taehyung's confused gaze shot towards Suga, who was awkwardly standing there , scratching his neck nervously.

"Did something happen at the office?" Taehyung asked, shifting his focus to Suga.

"Tae, he... he..." Jimin hiccupped.

"He?.. What did he do?" Taehyung asked, his eyes narrowing.

"I… I proposed to him," Suga suddenly blurted out.

"WHAT?!...YOU TWO?!" Taehyung gasped and Jungkook also  looked at them in surprise.

"Did you… reject him?" Jungkook asked, looking at Jimin who was still snuggling into Taehyung’s embrace like his life depended on it.

Jungkook shifted his gaze to Suga and let out a deep sigh. "It's okay... You tried." He patted Suga's back in sympathy.

"I didn't reject him!" Jimin said  , glaring at Jungkook through his teary eyes.

"Huh?" Jungkook blinked. "You said yes?"

"Yes…" Jimin let out a small sob.

"REALLY?!" Taehyung squealed, his hands grabbing Jimin’s shoulders, shaking him gently in excitement.

Jungkook’s eyebrows lifted in genuine surprise. "Wow… really?"

But Taehyung quickly noticed something off. "Wait, but why are you mad then?"

Jimin let out a deep breath, his face still twisted in frustration. "Because it was so sudden, Tae!...and  do you wanna know what he did after proposing?!"

"What did he do?" Taehyung asked, now curious. Even Jungkook leaned in, intrigued.

"Don’t tell me…" Jungkook smirked knowingly, "Did he give you a magical lizard?"

Jimin’s face froze. "HOW DO YOU KNOW THAT?!"

Jungkook instantly burst out laughing. "OH MY GOD! HE REALLY DID THAT?!"

Suga let out a deep sigh, facepalming himself. "It was  really a spec-"

"Shut up?!" Jimin screeched, pulling away from Taehyung. "Tae, I was already processing everything and then this man shoved a 'magical' lizard in my hand like it was a diamond ring!"

Jungkook was rolling on the floor at this point. "Oh my god.… ."

"I thought it was romantic!" Suga finally defended himself. "I mean… it was a rare lizard that-"

" That  made me scream infront of everyone!" Jimin yelled, his face turning red again.

"Okay, okay… calm down.." Taehyung finally interfered, rubbing Jimin’s back. "Jungkook, shut up."

"But it’s hilarious—"

"SHUT UP!" Jimin snapped. "TAE, TELL YOUR JUNGLEBOOK TO ZIP HIS MOUTH BEFORE I THROW SOMETHING AT HIM!"

"Junglebook?-" Jungkook gasped. "DID YOU JUST CALL ME JUNGLEBOOK?!"

"Yes, I did, now shut up!" Jimin sniffled dramatically.
