I'M DOOMED

Jungkook carried the steaming bowl of food while Taehyung placed the freshly sliced fruits and tea on the table.

Clara stood by the doorway, her heart warmed by the sight. It was rare to see Taehyung like this in morning.

She noticed so many changes in Taehyung. His mornings had never been this peaceful before, he was always disturbed by nightmares, waking up in a cold sweat.

She smiled, seeing him laughing and lightly teasing Jungkook.

Just as Taehyung placed the last dish on the table, a voice rang out from behind them.

"What in the world am I seeing?"

Both Jungkook and Taehyung turned to see Jimin standing at the table, his mouth slightly agape in exaggerated shock.

Jimin's wide eyes darted between Taehyung and Jungkook.

"Are you... setting the table?" Jimin asked dramatically, placing a hand over his heart.

Taehyung rolled his eyes but couldn't hide the smile tugging at his lips.

"Good morning to you too, Jiminie.." Taehyung said, looking at jimin.

Jimin stepped closer, squinting at Taehyung as though trying to make sense of what he was seeing.

"No, no, wait... This can't be real. Taehyung, the Kim Taehyung I know, doesn't step into the kitchen..."

Clara, still standing by the door, let out a quiet chuckle at Jimin's antics, her eyes crinkling with amusement.

"Things change...." Taehyung said , crossing his arms.

"...And for your information, I cooked this breakfast..." Taehyung said proudly.

"You... cooked?... With these hands?" Jimin grabbed Taehyung's hands, inspecting them with a comically exaggerated frown.

"I can't believe this...." Jimin mumbled, looking at the younger.

"Oh, stop it!.. Jungkook helped too... " Taehyung laughed, swatting Jimin's hands away.

Jimin turned to Jungkook, who was smirking at the exchange.

"Of course, you had something to do with this.. " Jimin accused playfully, pointing a finger at the Alpha.

Jungkook laughed, looking at Jimin.

Jimin shook his head, his expression still comically exaggerated.

"I need to sit down. This is too much for me to process." Jimin said, plopping down onto one of the chairs.

"You're so dramatic.." Taehyung said, rolling his eyes.

"..And you love me for it..." Jimin shot back with a wink.

" Speaking of love, where's suga Hyung?" Jimin blurted out before slapping a hand over his mouth, eyes widening.

" What?!" Jungkook asked in surprise.

"Speaking of WHAT?!" Taehyung asked, raising an eyebrow.

"I...I asked W-where is suga Hyung?...he must be sleeping....I.. I'll wake him up..." Jimin said, standing up abruptly and walked towards suga's room.

Jungkook and Taehyung exchanged amused glances as they looked at each other.

Clara covered her mouth to stifle her laughter, quietly returning to her duties but stealing one last fond glance at the Alpha and Omega.

"You stupid omega!... LOVE?!... Him?!... " Jimin muttered under his breath, his voice rose with frustration, and he ran a hand through his hair, tugging at the strands.

Argh!... What's wrong with you?!...... The words echoed in his mind, and a flush of embarrassment crept up his neck.

Jimin stood outside suga's room, his heart thudding loudly in his chest. He wasn't sure why he had blurted out to Taehyung and Jungkook that he'd wake suga up.

Quietly, he opened the door. Suga was still sprawled out on his bed, a blanket lazily thrown over his torso, his face relaxed in sleep. His hair was a messy halo around his face, and his lips were slightly parted in that way that made jimin want to laugh. But his lips quirked into a soft smile before he caught himself.

Why does he have to look this cute? He thought, rolling his eyes.

Jimin tiptoed closer.

"Hyung.." Jimin called softly, his voice barely above a whisper.

suga didn't stir.

"Hyung, wake up...." He tried again, this time lightly tapping suga's arm.

Still nothing.

Jimin sighed, running a hand through his hair.

Jimin took a step closer, standing over the bed. Reaching down, he brushed a strand of hair away from Suga's forehead, his fingers lingering just a bit longer than necessary. The touch felt almost electric, and he quickly pulled his hand back, as if the contact had burned him.

Suga shifted, letting out a low, sleepy murmur, but didn't open his eyes. Jimin couldn't help but smile.

Just as he was about to pull away, suga's hand shot out, brushing against Jimin's wrist in a gentle, almost unconscious gesture. Jimin froze, his breath catching in his throat.

The Alpha's eyes fluttered open, still half-asleep, but he had that lazy grin on his face that made Jimin's heart race.

"You're so pretty when you stare at me like that..." The alpha mumbled, voice thick with sleep.

Jimin's heart skipped a beat, his face heating up, but he quickly covered it up with a scoff.

"I wasn't staring...."

Suga raised an eyebrow, clearly amused.

" Liar...."

There was a beat of silence, a moment where their eyes met, the air between them charged with something neither of them had fully acknowledged.

Jimin's breath hitched, and he quickly stepped back, trying to break the tension.

"You're impossible..." Jimin said with a small smile, but even he couldn't deny the slight tremor in his voice.

Suga stretched lazily, his eyes still locked on Jimin, a playful smirk tugging at his lips.

"Maybe I am... But I think you like it..."

"Keep dreaming...." Jimin said, rolling his eyes , walking towards the door.

Suga let out a sigh, smiling while looking at the retreating figure of the omega.

Suddenly Jimin turned around, arms crossed, looking at the Alpha.

"Come on, breakfast is ready. Everyone's waiting.." He said, standing by the door with a slight smile.

"I'll be there in a minute..." The alpha replied, smiling warmly.

That smile.. it stirred something in the omega's chest, something warm and totally unexpected.

"This is not good..." Jimin mumbled, his heart racing a little faster than usual as he walked outside.

"Not good at all....." He cut off his own thoughts, quickly shaking his head.

I'm doomed.

This month has been crazy busy!. I've been caught up with patients all day, and by the time I get back from the hospital, I just pass out. Plus, uni exams are coming up too...I'm So sorry for the delay!

And...Today is my birthday 😁.
