It was a bright Sunny day. Amanda was playing with a stick in the dirt, near a school yard with her friend rose. Rose was playing with Amanda's long orange hair.
"We should probably head home soon, don't want mom waiting long for us." Rose's voice was sweet an gentle. You could hear the sadness in her voice.
"Do we really need to go? I don't want to move... I don't know why my dad an mom had to just die like that..." Amanda said, coming close to crying, with a raspy voice.
"Ama. Look, I know it's hard. But my mom took you in. We're your family now. I know what it's like to lose your family... Riley an Kim aren't my real parents, mine died when I was 4, I had to pretend I had no idea about it all. I remember it all." Rose's voice cracked towards the end, as she removed her hands from Amanda's hair.

"I know. But, we won't have our friends anymore. I really liked them." Amanda said, standing up, stretching.
"I know. I did, too. We'll find a way to come visit sometimes." Rose stood up as well, an started walking towards the gates to leave. Amanda soon caught

Rose slammed the last box, with the title 'Clothes' sloppily written on the side.
"That's the last of it! Fiiinnally. Ama, let's go now." Darkness in the sky was taking away the sun.
"Come on girls, we need to get going. There's a tiny little house in the end of the yard, it was a shed, but someone made it into a little room with a bathroom. You two can share that, if you'd like." Kim's blonde hair was pulled up in a sloppy bun, but her voice was a little rough.
"Right." Amanda muffled as she got in the car. Rose sat next to her, as Kim sat up front, an Riley driving. As Rose was pulling her jet black hair into a pony tail, something shiny fell from her black leather jacket. Amanda's eyes widened with shock when she laid eyes on it.
"Rose!" Amanda whisper yelled so her parents wouldn't hear with the music playing. "What the hell are you doing with a knife?" Rose looked down at her lap, you could see the fear in her eyes from Amanda seeing it, it was the last thing she needed to see.
"Uh... Ama... Well, moving into the woods... There's a chance.. Someone might attack, so... I carry it with me.. Kyle gave me it." Rose tried to say in a calm voice as Amanda grabbed the red handled small pocket knife, with a grey blade, random holes in the blade.
"If Kyle gave you this, what did his sister give you?" Amanda said slightly angered.
"Well.. Athena gave me a little dagger... Which was supposed to go to you, just... I didn't know how to approach you about it. Robert gave me a Katana, I'm surprised no one has seen it." Rose said, sadly. There was silence for the next few hours. Within those few hours, Amanda had fallen asleep.

"Dear, wake up. We're here." Riley said, picking Amanda up, an setting her down outside the car. Amanda's eyes fluttered open. She was sitting outside the car, facing a fairly big house. It was a three story, with what appeared to an attic. The house looked nice, but you could see the age on it. It had been sitting there for an easy 60 years. You could see the backyard a bit, it was really big. Then in the corner of her eye, she spotted a little shed. It looked newer than the house. But, next to the little shed, she saw a person. The person was wearing a dark grey shirt, the person had the body shape of a male. He was really pale, thin, with black pants. As soon as Amanda saw the boy, he took off running in the other direction.
"R-Rose.." Amanda stuttered out, fear in her voice.
"Yo? Come on an help move things. We'll be staying in the little shed in the back of the yard." Rose said walking away. Amanda managed to stand on her feet, wobbly. She went to the U-haul an started bringing box'es of her an Rose's into their little area. She kept a close eye on the woods, especially where the boy ran off to.
As Rose brought in the last box, Riley followed behind her, stepping inside the room.
"Girls, me an your mother will be going to pick up some pizza. We'll be back soon." Riley said as he wrote down a number on paper. "Call this number, if you need help." he muffled as he walked out, leaving the paper on the table Rose brought in. Ten minutes after sitting in silence once Riley an Kim left there was a knock on the shed door.
