There was silence once again. Amanda got a text.
:Kimmie:- Hey sweetheart, you awake?
Amanda couldn't gather up what was all going on. Rain took Amanda's phone.
:Amanda:- All's taken care of, Ms Kim. _Drop
:Kimmie:- Excellent. I knew I could count on you, Drop, thank you for removing that brat. You will be rewarded tonight, when I return.
"There's your proof. We need to get out of here, an soon. Before she gets home, I'll hide you guys. Bring NOTHING if she knows about it." Rain stated, handing Amanda her phone. Amanda looked at Rose, who was crying, an then turns an faces Zack, who's face was full of concern.
"W-well.. Let's go.. Asadeath will let us stay with her for a little bit, til we get the hell outta here." Zack said, his voice cracking a bit. "I'll call her now an talk with her." He pulls out his phone an walks out onto the porch talking with Asadeath. Amanda looked back at Rose, who started to walk out. Amanda followed behind. As they walked into the shed, she knew all the thing's she'd lose. They both started to grab random things that Kim an Riley knew nothing about at about. Which turned out to be a camera, a little bit of clothes, a few books, the two knifes they had, and Amanda grabbed the picture frame that had a photo of her parents, an her. She stuffed it inside her book-bag an was ready to go.
"Rose, I'll be here tomorrow to pick you up. Or, as they'll think, kill. You'll stay with me. I don't live in the woods, I have an actual home." Rain got a weird look from Rose but he brushed it off. Zack came running in.
"Asadeath said no. But, I know a place where we can hide out for a little bit, then I'll sell something's so I can get you an apt in the city, so you can go back home. Until you get a job, then it'll be yours. I just want you to visit me afterwards." Zack said a bit sadly.
"But...What if..They..see I'm still alive?" Amanda's eyes started watering once again.
"You'll have to go by a new name. You might not be in the same city, but we'll get you in a city." Rain faked a smile.
"But.. I don't want a new name..I won't pass up on going back home! I'll just have to be quick with a blade. Defend my self." Amanda stuffed her hands in her pockets, holding onto the pocket knife like her life depended on it.
"Then so be it. But, for now, you can stay at my place, until a car is available. I can get one here in two days." Rain stated, his eyes starting to water.
"Just get me the hell away from this sick place." Amanda took off running, no one could catch up to her. She went further into the woods, to where she found a big lake. She sat her bag down, an sat next to the water. When she knew no one was around, she let out one of the biggest cries she's ever let out. For around 20 minutes, Amanda was crying, she heard someone coming, she grabbed her bag an stood up, turned around an started to run, only to fall on top of Zack.
"Calm down now. It's alright." Zack said in the calmest voice possible. Amanda tried her best to get off an away. He flipped her over, so he was on top of her.
"Stop. Calm down. You're going to get lost."
"I could care le-" Amanda was cut off, by Zack's lips hitting hers,after a second he pulls away.
"You're fine. Calm down. You're alright. Everything's going to be fine." Zack's voice was very calm, an sweet. Amanda laid stunned.She stopped trying to fight, she was like a dead person. After a few seconds, she spoke.
"Did..You just... Kiss me?" She mutters out, extremely low. Zack nods. She looked deep into his orange eyes. He moved off of her. She didn't run like he thought.
'I probably shouldn't have done that... Out of all things! Damn, I think I broke her.' Zack thought to himself.
Minutes passed.
"Zack." Zack looked at Amanda. "I knew a friend, Athena, she had a big crush on this guy, she found him in a weird place. A dark ally. She thought he was hurt, she wasn't the smartest, but she had the kindest heart, she walked to the boy, an he wasn't hurt, he was just hiding from people, things. She took him in, an helped him out. She lost her mind a little, she became a different person. But, she still had her kind heart, she was constantly hurting. When she lost her mind, she ran away. The guy who she liked, he stopped her. He kissed her. They were together since then. Until one day, something went wrong somehow. They had a big fight, an it's been a year since they last spoke. If it will be like that, Don't ever kiss me" Amanda sat up, wiping a tear that she didn't even know she had.
"Amanda. It won't be like tha-" Zack was cut off by Amanda standing up saying
"You can't promise that. I was promised a good life. I am supposed to be dead!" Amanda yelled. Zack stood up an hugged her tightly.
"I know, this is tough, but I'm trying to help you. Stop okay, I will make sure everything's fine. Just calm down." Amanda hugged back very tightly, and before they both knew it, she was crying hard.
"Zack...Thank..Thank you" Amanda said in-between sobs.
"Amanda...I love you." Zack whispers really low, thinking Amanda wouldn't hear him. She pretended she didn't.
