They dropped Asadeath off at her home, an soon made it to Rain's. As Rain turned the car off, Amanda was already out the car an heading up the stairs. She stopped at the top, an looked at the door. Rain could make out a faint smile on her face, which made him smile a little. Amanda slowly opened the door, just to be almost tackled to the floor by Rose.
"Gosh, me an Zack were so worried for you! We thought you wouldn't come back!" It was clear in Rose's voice, she had been crying. Amanda switched looks to Rose, then to Zack. He was sitting in a corner, looking out the window, zoned out. He had a worried look on his face, an watery eyes. Amanda stood straight an walks over to Zack.
"Hey" Amanda says very softly, Zack doesn't move or acknowledge her. "Zack" Amanda's voice slowly starts to crack. She puts one hand on his shoulder. He slowly moves his head an looks at Amanda. His orange eyes seemed not to be like they used to be. His eyes met with Amanda's. Zack jumped up an hugged Amanda tightly. "Thought I lost you for a little while there Zacky." Amanda's phone went off, then so did Zack's. They both contained the same thing.
:Asadeath:- I need you two to come by, we need to speak, it's important. Leave around 1 AM. Be here, don't let Rain an Rose know.I'll explain everything later. See you guys tonight!
Amanda an Zack exchanged looks. Zack grabbed Amanda's arm an led her into the backyard.
"It's 12:27. We should leave soon. But, before we do, I want to tell you something..." Zack's voice trailed off alongside his eyes.
"What is it? Did I mess something up again? I'm sorry." Amanda joked laughing lightly.
"No..Ever since I saw you near the Creek that day, you looked so beautiful. I knew something would happen. Ya know, when you left, I sat an just thought of all the possibilities. This, was never one" Zack laughed lightly "But, I know, in order for anything to happen, I gotta confess. I've never done this type of thing, so it's hard, I'm not sure how to do this but.. I also want to apologize for the kiss thing, something came over me, an I couldn't really stop it. I've been thinking a lot lately, that, that was a big mistake. And I ju-" Zack was cut off by Amanda, with teary eyes, she lightly kisses Zack. Amanda pulls back.
"Don't be sorry. I've thought about it, too. And if you're trying to tell me you like me. Well, I. Uh. Like you too." Amanda's face went red as soon as Zack smiled the biggest she's seen yet. Zack and Amanda hugged, then the door swung open.
"AWW~ My Ama has confessed her loove~" Rose purred nudging Amanda on the shoulder. Rain leaned on the door frame, looking, rather disappointed, maybe even heartbroken. Amanda's eyes met Rain's, she could see he wasn't happy.
"I say it's time to go to bed, it's 12:34." Zack smiled at Amanda an Rose, not even paying attention to Rain. Rose nodded, an grabbed Amanda's hand an took off running upstairs.
"Good-night Ama~ I'll see you in the moooriing~" Rose purred as happy as always.
"Night" Amanda acted tired an went into her room, shut the door, an locked it. She pulled out her phone out, an texted Zack.
:Amanda:- Think you can jump out the window?
:Zack:- Yeah.
:Amanda:- Pick locks silently?
:Zack:- I was Raised by Asadeath, what in the world do you think?
:Amanda:- Okaay. Jump out. Make sure to lock your door.
Amanda put down her phone, an fix her clothes, an putting on a black hoodie that's never been worn. 'I hope this talk won't be bad..Let's hope it isn't about earlier...Zack doesn't need to know about that.' She slowly an quietly opened her window, an before she jumped, she made sure the door was locked. She looked down to see how high she was from the ground, about 13 feet maybe. She looked to the left, an saw Zack on the ground, wiping dirt off his clothes. She inhaled an jumped. Her ankle hurt for a few seconds but she shook it off.
"Didn't think you could pull it off Princess." Zack jokes.
"There's a lot you don't know. This is nothing. I jumped out windows all the time." Amanda laughed lightly.
"Ooohh, got a baaad giiirl over heere~" he nudges her shoulder, an they begin walking. They knew the car would make too much noise, so they were just going to walk. After about 2 hours of walking in silence, they reach Zack an Asadeath's house. Before they could make it on the porch, a dark shadow steps from the corner of the porch. The dark shadow removes the hood off the cloak, showing Asadeath's face.
"You wanted us?" Zack speaks.
"Ah, yes. We have an issue. This time, it isn't Kim. It's, you, Amanda" Zack looked strange at Asadeath, an Asadeath held a rather cold stare at Amanda. "I've got reports, that, you did an awful crime. Wanna tell us before I kill you right here, right now?" Asadeath's voice was true evil at this moment. Tears watered in Amanda's eyes as she remembered what had happened.
~Flash Back~
There was a group of 3 kids, including Amanda. Rose came running along.
"Kyle! Ama! May! Help!" Rose yelled, tears running down her face, as she ran into the school yard where the 3 kids are. Everyone soon focused on the man following Rose. Amanda looked the scared, not by the man, but what he had done to make Rose cry, Rose barely ever cried. Rose was only 8, she only cried 2 times a year, if that! Amanda was a little 6 year old, but she held Rose behind her as the tall man approached them. He was wearing all red, an if you looked closely, you could see, what seemed like blood on his hoodie.
"Why must you be such a problem? Your parent's were easy. Oh, look at that, brought me to your friends. This outta be good." The man's voice was really deep, an very terrifying. He pulled out a kitchen knife from his hoodie, an he also dropped a pocket knife in the process. Amanda quickly took advantage of it. She ran in-between the guys legs an headbutted where the sun doesn't shine. She quickly grabs the knife an stabs the guy in the neck. She an her friends swore to never speak of what just happened. Amanda kept the knife.
~End of Flash Back~
"I guess you choose not to speak, fine." Asadeath pulled her knife out an charged towards Amanda.
