Amanda snuck quietly into her old room, at Asadeath's. She opened the closet door, revealing Katarina's katana, with a pouch. Amanda looked around her, making sure no one spotted her yet, as she grabbed both of the items, and ran to the window, only to be grabbed. Before Amanda could react, she had a knife against her throat.
"Aw, what a shame. You were stupid to fall for that trick. Thank your amazing best friend." A familiar voice chirped, laughing seconds later. Amanda tried tried to move around, only to have the knife press more into her neck, slightly drawing the blood.
"Ama, I'd suggest you stop. You know I'd hate to have a dead guinea pig. It ruins all my fun." Another voice was heard.
"W-who...R-Rose?" Amanda's eye's watered, as she heard footsteps coming closer to her. Her sight was stuck around the window, for her attacker wouldn't let her budge.
"The one and only. You always took away my fun. You were always the perfect one. You always made me feel...Un-needed. Sure, you saved me, big whoop. Ever since then, you always got the credit. You were always the hero. You were always the strongest. No matter what I did! I was never good enough. I always got nothing, while you...You got the world! Your parent's are out there, alive, to top it off! You really push my buttons. I was so stupid to be your best friend. That was the worst mistake of my life. No, second. The first, was ever meeting you. Let alone letting you live with me. You sicken me. You're just a big disgrace. It would really suck if you weren't able to talk, and be so perfect, don't you think? You'll never get away again, Amanda Gallo!" Rose yelled with anger, as she walked in front of Amanda. slapping her across the face. Amanda's throat started to bleed more and more.
"The hell's gotten into you?!" Amanda yells, tears falling down her face.
"Common sense." Rose looked into Amanda's eyes. "And I'm not stupid anymore, I knew your plans." Amanda looked past Rose, seeing a tall figure lurk in the shadows.
'That..Can't be...I know that figure...' Amanda thought to herself.
'Yes, my dear, it is I. I followed you, I'm sorry. Don't worry though, I'll step in in a second. I want to see what she's going to do, and catch her off guard. Don't worry angel, I won't let you get hurt' Mark mind-messaged her, as he shifted in the shadows, ready to attack at any given moment.
"You were always so stupid!" Rose yells as she grabs the knife from the person who has a hold of Amanda. The figure from behind Amanda let go of her, leaving. Amanda's eyes never left Rose. Mark leaped from the shadows silently, grabbing Rose and Amanda both, teleporting them to the train tracks. He let go of Amanda, having more a tight grip on Rose. "The hell?!" Rose yelled as loud as she could, trying to get out of Mark's grip, but failed. "Who the hell are you?!"
"I'm Mark. You are brainwashed. Rosalina, you are not this cruel girl. You are innocent. You are pure." Mark's eyes went completely greyish black. "You are Amanda's best friend. You hate Asadeath and everything she stands for. It is your mission to stay on Amanda's side. Forever" Rose's eyes flash a quick grey and then returned back to normal, as did Mark's. Mark let go of Rose. "How are you feeling, Rosie?" Mark asked, with concern as Rose slowly walked up to Amanda, as Amanda had terror in her eyes.
"Just fine. A little confused." Rose let out, as she stopped directly in front of Amanda. "I'm sorry Amanda, let me heal you." Rose put her hand around Amanda's neck lightly, where her cut is. Rose's hand tightened around her neck, causing her to cough and choke.
"Rose! Release!" Mark yelled as loud as he could, scaring off birds around them.
"Like hell I will! You stubborn boy. Possession is my favorite hobby! For mind control, you suck. You should be able to reach into her mind and see who's actually in control. I could have trained you, shape you, give you a life you could have never dreamed of! But yet, I wasn't good enough. Amanda caught your eye, 'tis a shame. Wipe her memory, and I'll free her, but you'll be left with me. For life" Rose tightened her grip on Amanda.
"Fine. Set her down, let her breathe!" Mark yelled as he lunged at both of them. Rose pulled Amanda to the right so Mark wouldn't touch them.
"Now boy."
Mark looked deep into Amanda's eyes, with his going completely greyish black again. "Amanda, you shall forget about ever knowing me, Asadeath, and Zack. You ran away with your best friend Rosalina, from her foster parents, for they abused both of you. You've been on the run for the last 3 years. Two years ago you and Rosalina split up to find food an shelter, and she never returned, and you forgot what she looked like. You gave up on finding her. You remember nothing of your parents." Mark's eye's returned to normal, after Amanda's flashed a quick grey, then returning back to normal. Mark had tears falling from his face.
"Sir...Are you alright?Where am I?" Amanda spoke lightly looking around her, and at the two people, who she now forgot. Terror hung in her eyes when she saw Rose holding Katarina's Katana.
"I'm Flower. This is Mark. You were passed out here, so we decided to help you up, and try and make sure you're alright. We don't understand how you got here, I hope you aren't homeless!" Rose sounded concerned.
"Unfortunately...I guess I'll get going. Goodbye, Flower and Mark!" Amanda went to take off running, but Mark had grabbed her arm, giving her 50 dollars, without a word. "Thank you, kind sir!" Amanda yelled as she took off running.
