"Your fate is not sealed dammit!" Amanda threw things around the house in anger as she walks in.
"I..I'm sorry.." Rain's voice filled the silent room. When the words reached Amanda's ears, she falls on her knees, silently crying. The back door swings open, Amanda turns around an sees two tall people run in.
"Sylo." Asadeath covered her mouth after saying the name, as her eye's started to water as she saw Amanda silently crying.
"Rose..May you rest in piece.. You shall never be forgotten." Zack said trying to hold tears back. Amanda grabbed Rose an started to run out, towards the big lake. When they arrive, she sets Rose next to her, around the water.
"When I first met you, you scared me. When you ran to me, I thought you were going to join in on bullying me. But, you stood up for me. Then the next day was your birthday, so I bought you that brown teddy bear as a Happy Birthday an a Thank You gift. We became the best of friends. I swore to help you whenever you needed. I promised you I'd be with you forever. I failed. I'm sorry, I didn't save you in time. I'm so sorry" Amanda started sobbing uncontrollably. "I didn't want any of this to happen..I don't know what I'll do without you waking me up every morning, with you purring every sentence, with the joyous aura you give off. I miss you already. I'll never forget you.. I'm so sorry, this shouldn't have happened to you.. But it should have been me..I'm so sorry!" Amanda had a hard time speaking clearly. After 45 minutes of crying, she got up an picked Rose up an started to walk.. After a few minutes of trying to walk, she found herself unable to, an she collapsed on the ground, blacking out.
Amanda woke up, to find herself in her room, but it felt different.
"A..Asadeath?Z-Z-Zack?" Amanda muffled out hearing footsteps outside her door. It opens showing a mixed female in a blue dress.
"You're finally awake I see. You've been blacked out for two days. Started to worry." Asadeath spoke with relief.
"Where's Rose?!" Amanda searched around the room as she tried to stand, only to be pushed down by Asadeath.
"Don't worry, she isn't dead. But, she did slip away from us. It'll be awhile before we see her again. Calm your muffins. Flower will return." Asadeath walked out as Zack walked in.
"Hey.. Sorry I couldn't save Rose. Or kill Kim. I'm sorry, let's go out to dinner tonight, so I can make it up. Of course I'll pay" Zack's voice sounded crushed.
"I..I don't know.." Amanda spoke trying to hide the tears.
"We need out of here anyway. We are people you know. We need sometime to just sit back, be cool, an talk, like before, ya know when we met." Zack smirks.
"I..I guess..Only just this once." Amanda muffled as she stood straight up an stretched.
Hours of sitting, eating an talking, they went to a park an sat on a bench.
"...An that's how easy it is to jump fences. It's all in the arm strength" Zack laughed.
"Okay muscle-man" Amanda smirked, the smirk soon fell as she heard someone coming, she stares in the direction of which they were coming from. A girl with a hood over her head looking around her, came running out of breath. Amanda jumped up an went to aid the girl.
"Ma'am, are you alright?" Amanda spoke with concern.
"Y-yeah. Just, uh, running from people. It's an average thing." The girl removed the hood showing her dirty blonde hair, an brown eyes to match, she was more light than dark. "You.. Look like my daughter, aside the hair an eyes. She had the prettiest eyes, she was wonderful, I loved her so much." the woman started to tear up lightly.
"She must be important to you. I'm Sylo, and this is Fire." Amanda spoke with a smile.
"Mia." the girl faked a smile. Hearing the name, Amanda froze in place, shock filled her face. "You
okay, Sylo?" Mia added with concern.
"Y-Yeah, I just happened to know someone with that name." Amanda faked a smile, an looks over to Zack.
"U-uhm. Sylo. I think we should head out soon. Asadeath's waiting for us." Zack finally spoke.
"Did you say..Asadeath? The...The protector of harm..Asadeath? Waiting for you two?..You couldn't..Be her hitman..Right?" Mia looked at Zack, then Amanda. Amanda looked at Zack, an took off running.
"I'm afraid I cannot tell." Zack said silently chasing after Amanda. He found her at the car after 5 minutes of running. "That's your mother..Isn't it?" Zack opened the car door an hopped in. Amanda nodded an got in as well. The drive home was silent. When they got home, Amanda explained about Mia. Asadeath said nothing.
