"He...is....fucking insane." I breathe. Harley nods and says nothing. "How did he get you?" I ask. Harley leans her head against the wall, trying to get comfortable. "I was checking the boat garage when I heard a noise. I walked around trying to find out what it was and before I knew it, I was grabbed from behind. I screamed but, he hit my head and I blacked out." She explains. "I woke up and I was laying on a bed and I tried to get away but, he locked me here." She continued. I nod, this guy is crazy. Like, total nut job. "Well, get some sleep Harley. You look tired." I say as I try to lay down. Its hard when your hands are chained up. I see Harley nod and close her eyes. I lay my head on the wet brick floor. The moss tickles my face and the coldness of it gives me goosebumps. My eyes shut and I drift off.

The sound of the door busting open startles me. My eyes shoot open and I sit up. The side of my face is cold from the floor and my clothes are damp. "Taylor?" I question, breathlessly. There, in front of the door, is Taylor. She's got blood on her clothes and she's breathing heavily. She rushes to me and unlocks the chains with a key. Where did she get that? "Taylor? What happened? Wheres Adam?" I rush out. My hands fall free from the rusting chains and I hiss in pain. Taylor rushes to harley, unlocking her chains. "No time to talk," she says, forcefully. She helps Harley up and looks at me. "We have to go. Now." And with that, she runs out the door. Me and Harley are quick to follow behind her and we head up a dark and creaky stair case. Taylor opens the door at the top and light bursts through. Now that the door is open, you can hear gun shots and blades slicing through flesh. The building we're in is small, with only one window. "What's going on out there?" Harley asks, panic in her voice. Taylor looks out the window and curses. "Not now," Taylor says. She heads to the front door and motions for us to follow. Taylor peeks out the door, looking left and right. "Come on." She says and runs out the door. Me and harley follow and what we see when we get out there is horrific. Infected are surrounding a building that went unnoticed by me earlier. The building was at least 300 feet away and the infected covered the area around it. "Guys! Come on!" Taylor yells. Me and Harley break our gaze from the horror scene and see Taylor by the woods, waving for us to follow. Suddenly, a scream is heard from the building. "Adam!" I yell. Sure, he's crazy but, all insanity has a reason. He had to watch his daughter slowly become an infected. He lost his daughter and refused to let her go, so he locked her up. And for a year, he lived alone, the only company was his infected daughter. The poor man. "Go with out me!" I yell, making a split second decision. "What?! No!" Harley yells, looking at me as if I were insane. I grab her shoulders and look her in the eyes. "Go." I whisper. "Ill meet up with you." I say loud enough for Taylor to hear. She nods and drags Harley into the woods. I hear Adam scream again and I turn to see that the infected had broke through a window. Adam is killing them as they enter, using a kitchen knife as a weapon. I run into the woods, just enough to not be seen. The leaves crunch under my feet as I run through the woods, in the direction of the building. I jump over broken branches and bushes until I'm finally behind the building, unseen by any infected. As I hoped, the infected hadn't made it behind the building, and a lone.window sat in the center of the cement wall. I run out of the woods and to the building, fear coursing through my veins. I look through the window to see Adam fighting the infected. I squeeze my fist tightly, preparing for pain and set my back against the cold wall. I bring my arm around me and swing, my elbow making contact with the glass and shattering it. I flinch in pain as I feel glass cut through my elbow. I look back through the window and Adam hadn't noticed what was happening behind him. "Adam!" I yelled in desperation. He sliced through an infected and looked at me. "Jasmine!" His eyes lit up and he rushed to me. "Quick!" I yell, "climb out before more infected get in!" He nods and puts his arms through the window. "Pull me out!" He demands. I grab his rough hands and begin to pull. When he's halfway out, he shouts in pain. "Jasmine! They have my leg!" He cries. He begins kicking blindly in hopes to hit one. I begin pulling harder but, it does nothing. I can feel infected tugging on him from the other side. Adam screams in pain as an infected bites his leg. "Jasmine, please help me!" He cries louder. I pull on him harder and I move my foot for more balance. My foot plants itself behind a rock the size of my head. My other foot slips and I fall, my hands slipping from his. My back slams against the ground and Adam screams. "Adam!"I yell. I jump up but, before I can grab his hands, the infected had pulled him back in completely. "Jasmine!" He screams from inside the building, pain laced in his voice. I rush to the window but, all I see are infected. They're crouched over Adams body, tearing him apart as he screams in pain, tears running down his face. "Adam!"
