As I set the wine glasses, the door chimed. I turned quickly, my stomach flipping.

There they were.

Taylor Swift, Blake Lively, Gigi Hadid, and Gracie Abrams walked in like they owned the place, their laughter filling the air.

I straightened up, trying to steady my breath.

“Hi! Welcome to—” I began, but my voice faltered when Taylor’s piercing blue eyes locked onto mine.

“Wow,” she murmured, tilting her head. Her gaze slowly traveled over me. “Did they really leave you alone tonight?”

I swallowed. “It’s a private dinner, so my boss figured one person was enough.”

Taylor stepped closer, tapping her fingers on the host stand. “That just means we don’t have to share you with anyone else.” Her smirk was unmistakable, almost territorial.

Heat rushed to my cheeks. Before I could respond, Blake leaned in with a teasing grin. “Careful, Tay. You’re staring.”

“I know,” Taylor said, not even glancing away.

I cleared my throat, trying to regain composure. “Let me take you to your table.”

As I led them through the restaurant, I felt Taylor’s presence behind me. Her attention sent a nervous thrill down my spine.

Blake threw a knowing glance at Taylor and whispered, “Try not to scare her off.”

Taylor chuckled. “I don’t scare. I claim.”

I pretended I didn’t hear that.

I pulled out their chairs, doing my best to ignore how Taylor’s gaze lingered on me as she took her seat with an air of absolute confidence.

As I handed out the menus, I felt her eyes still locked on me—intense, almost possessive.

“You look really young,” she said smoothly, tilting her head. “How old are you?”

I hesitated. “Eighteen.”

Taylor reached for her menu just as I handed it to her, her fingers brushing mine. She didn’t pull away, holding the touch a second too long.

“So young, so hardworking,” she mused, taking a slow sip. “Do you always take care of guests this well, or are we special?”

I let out a nervous laugh. “You’re definitely special.”

Taylor smirked like she already knew the answer. “Good.”

As they skimmed their menus, I pulled out my notepad. One by one, they made their selections until Taylor was the last to speak.

She shut her menu, leaning forward, resting her elbows on the table. “What if I wanted something… off the menu?”

I blinked. “Um—”

Blake groaned. “Here we go.”

Gigi smirked, nudging Taylor. “Just ask for her number already, Tay. We all know where this is going.”

Taylor ignored them, her full attention on me. “I was wondering if she comes with the meal.”

My face burned, my heart skipped a beat.

Gracie giggled. “That’s not an option, Taylor.”

Taylor clicked her tongue. “Shame.” Then, turning back to me, her eyes glinted. “But you get breaks, don’t you?”
