I've put together a collection of helpful exercises and meditations to enhance your gift of clairsentience—the ability to feel and sense energy. Developing this gift means strengthening your sense of feeling, and that's exactly what these exercises and meditations are designed to do.

Sensing and Feeling a Spiritual Presence

Many people have experienced the presence of a spiritual or angelic being without realizing it. Some of the most common ways this manifests include:

Catching the scent of perfume or a familiar fragrance when no one is around.

Feeling as though someone has gently touched you, your hair, or your hand when you're alone.

Experiencing a hug or a tug on your clothing without explanation.

Smelling flowers or cigar smoke with no source in sight.

Noticing a sudden change in room temperature.

Feeling pressure on your head as if someone is pressing down on it.

Sensing someone sitting or standing near you, even when no one is visible.

Experiencing strong gut feelings or an overwhelming sense of knowing.

Feeling as though you're being pulled underwater or shrinking.

Getting sudden goosebumps or a tingling sensation on the back of your neck.

Sensing the presence of a loved one or a pet who has passed away.

Feeling a warm, calming sensation enveloping you or brushing against you.

Detecting a light breeze or the sensation of someone gently breathing on you.

Feeling watched or as though someone else is in the room.

Sensing the presence of a powerful being, such as an Archangel.

In contrast, if a negative entity or energy is present, you may experience sudden headaches, dizziness, mood swings, fear, or a sense of unease.

Exercises and Meditations to Heighten Your Sensitivity

Imagining Touch

This exercise helps sharpen your sense of touch and awareness, making it easier to perceive the spiritual realm.

Find a quiet, comfortable place where you won't be disturbed.

Close your eyes and take three slow, deep breaths.

Picture a Horse: Imagine a beautiful horse standing before you. Reach out and stroke its back and mane. What does it feel like? Is its fur soft or rough? What does the horse smell like? Observe its mood—does it seem happy, calm, or energetic?

Hold a Lemon: Now, visualize holding a lemon. Feel its texture—is it smooth, bumpy, or rough? Smell it—does it have a fresh citrusy scent? Imagine cutting it in half and taking a bite—how does it taste?

Connect with a Tree: Imagine standing next to a majestic tree. Touch its bark—what is its texture like? Sense the tree's energy—does it feel strong and grounded, or fragile and delicate?

Observe a Friend: Picture your best friend walking toward you. Notice their expression—do they look happy or worried? Observe the details of their face, eyes, and hair. How do you feel in their presence? What emotions arise?

After completing these exercises, jot down your thoughts in a journal. Reflect on how you felt, any sensations you experienced, and any insights that came to you. Over time, these practices will strengthen your clairsentience, making it easier to recognize and trust the subtle messages you receive.
