Did you know that each and every one of us has spiritual helpers guiding us through life? Some have been with us since birth, while others come and go, assisting us through different phases of our journey. These incredible beings are our spirit guides!

There are many types of spirit guides—teacher guides, animal guides, Native American guides, nature guides, healing guides, and even runner guides—each playing a unique role in helping us navigate life. Our spirit guides may be loved ones who have passed on, souls from previous lives, or other spiritual beings who have chosen to support us on our path. Unlike angels—who have never lived a human life—spirit guides are souls who have walked this Earth before. They've experienced life, passed over, and now serve as mentors, helping us grow and evolve. At any given time, we can have 30 to 40 guides, with different ones stepping in depending on what we need.
