Hey guys here is an update. I'm not sure about how the chapter turned out, hope you all like reading it. Happy Reading.
Jaden's POV I was getting super bored at home. It's been quite a while since i went out with friends. So i called them up and we decided to go to the game centre. I quickly got ready and drove to my friend, Shane's house- the place where we all decided to meet up. We reached the place only to find it brimming with people.
Kia's POV It was a day off from school, so Stacy, Eric and I decided to go bowling. Bowling alley was Stacy and mine's to go place. She would always take me there to cheer me up. She sucked at bowling and that was enough to crack me up. Fun memories i thought to myself.
I looked through my wardrobe and settled for a white crop top, some denim shorts and a flannel shirt while pairing it with converse.

I looked up at myself once again in the mirror before heading downstairs, where Eric was already waiting. In no time Stacy also came down and we set off on our adventurous day. On reaching the game centre we were told that we had to wait for 20 minutes to get our chance. *UGH*
To pass time we went and grabbed some coffee. In no time it was our chance to get on to the alley. We had a great time bowling. The results of our fun-filled time were: 1) Eric 2) Me 3) Stacy
Frankly speaking i haven't had this much fun in days. Today i was tension free and distracted for some time atleast, doing what i enjoyed most. I gave Eric a big hug as it was because of his suggestion that i could have such a wonderful time.
Jaden's POV We had a crazy time. Reuniting with friends over games is one of the best ways to spend time. It was time to get home now. When we were leaving, i saw a familiar face in the bowling alley, it was none other than Kia. God! She looked more beautiful than the picture in real life. As i was about to go meet her, i saw her hugging another guy. She looked so happy with him. Seeing that i just froze in my place. My friends had already moved forward so i just started walking towards them and caught up with them soon.
On the way back home, the image of her hugging that guy kept replaying in my head. Why was this happening to me? When we hardly spoke these days, why was I feeling so bad seeing her with someone else?
Kia's POV When we broke the hug, we saw Stacy feeling left out. So we hugged her too. Somehow my clumsy self managed to trip on Eric's leg when we broke apart. I fell to the ground smack on my back. Eric and Stacy immediately rushed to my side. There was pain in my leg which made it difficult for me to walk. I held on to Stacy for support while walking. Watching me struggling Eric carried me in his arms even after my protests, just like an elder brother would do.
Stacy drove us to the hospital, where the doctor checked my leg. He said it was a sprain and he advised me not to put much pressure on my leg for a few days. When we reached home, Eric carried me upto my room and put me on my bed very gently. There was no chance i could go to school tomorrow. No one is at home the whole day so Stacy told me she will miss college too to help me.
Eric: " I could come over too." he suggested.
Kia: " Eric you have already done a lot for me, thank you so much. I really don't want you to miss college because of me."
E: "No Kia not at all, you are my little sister and I can't see my baby sister in pain."
No doubt, he was the sweetest person. I didn't know what to do, I couldn't act selfish. To my relief Stacy spoke up. S: "It's okay Eric, Kia is right you should not be missing college. I'm there for Kia. You can probably come and meet her after college."
Eric finally agreed. Since it was getting very late, he left for home not before giving me a hug and a kiss to Stacy.
Life was really starting to feeling better.
