Once inside the wolf house, Bonnie couldn't help but look around with caution. The house was large, much like the Lockwood mansion, it even kind of smelled like it.

"Are you okay? Are the children okay?" Abby asked worried, as she watched the wolves carrying them carefully in their arms. She knew they were alive she could hear their heart beats and their breathing.

"Yes mom they are just exhausted, my magic is depleted but it'll come back. I could use some sleep for sure but..."

" I can show you all to a room, you can rest with the children." Zander Said, his tone serious again but softer. "We don't have all the answers yet, but rest assured we will find them... I only know one thing for sure."

"Zander..." Jared cautioned, but Zander waved him off.

Bonnie glanced from Jared to Zander then nodded.

"There is someone on the other side trying to use your children to get themselves and others through into this world. There is also someone on this side helping him... but these are the answers we don't quite have right now.

Jared seemed to relax after hearing Zander's words, which made Bonnie a tad suspicious because it made her think there was something else Zander was keeping from her. She felt her finger where they did their blood oath throbbing, but it only last a second.

"There is other things to discuss as well, but perhaps some more rest would be best before we get into all that. You're all safe here right now, and in the morning we will send someone for Tyler and bring him here as well. Perhaps a more detailed conversation would be best when he's here as well."

"Like why your book was in my daughter's room for instance?"
Bonnie asked crossing her arms. The name on the journal had been Zander.

"Precisely." Zander said motioning for his friends to take the children to a room. "Did you want to rest, or speak... and Abby you're welcome to stay in the room as well of course, or have your own. I assure you  that you are safe here as well."

"Yes, I believe one of your elders explained that briefly. I trust her." Abby nodded reaching to rub her daughter's arm, and nodded toward the same direction Zander had. "Bonnie you need rest."

"You go with the kids mom, I'll join you shortly, I think I'd like to chat to Zander some before I head to bed.

Zander nodded, a steady gaze on Bonnie. "Of course.

He paused for a minute his eyes still on Bonnie, before nodding towards his friends. "You know which room."

All three wolves nodded, Shay holding her hand out to Abby to show her which way to go. "They did a blood oath, she's safe, I promise."

Abby narrowed her eyes at Bonnie for the briefest of moments. A blood oath? That was some serious  dealings, no wonder Bonnie looked even more exhausted, as did Zander.

"We will talk about -that- later her mother said to Bonnie before patting Shay's shoulder lightly, signalling she was ready to go. If she didn't feel a strange trust in this place, and these people, she wouldn't be so keen, but even as a vampire her witch intuition was rarely wrong.

Bonnie rolled her eyes, but nodded at her mother watching her following Shay, Jared and Camden, all three children still fast asleep.

"Is there somewhere we could talk?" Bonnie asked, she needed to know everything he knew. She also needed some more time to fully believe that who ever, or whatever attacked her and her family, wasn't coming back to get them.

"I wouldn't normally invite a lady I just met into my bedroom.... But if you'll follow me. I feel that's the best place to talk right now.

Bonnie eyes him suspiciously, crossing her arms. "Your bedroom? I'm not that easy."
