13. Reading the Book {Part: 1}

Everyone was at Lydia's reading the book 'The Dread Doctors' to see what Dr.Valack was talking about so I decided to hang out with Liam and Mason for the day..
"If we were to read the book what do you think would happen" I was sitting on Liam's bed while him and Mason sat in the ground playing video games like little kids.
"Well it's making everyone see things that aren't really happening, and Scott had an asthma attack.. So my I.E.D would probably act up and.. Well I don't know what would happen to you" he didn't break eye contact with the Tv screen.
Feeling VERY loved at the moment..
So I started to text everyone but they weren't answering and I got a bit worry, because what if something happened because they read the book.. So since the pack wasn't answering, I texted the person who would since he supposedly wants to join us..

"Hey Theo, it's Tate.. Why isn't anyone answering their phones? Are you guys OK?" -Me

I got an answer almost a split second later

"We're OK.. But have you checked the time lately, where are you? Do you need a ride back to Stiles house.." -Theo

"Sorry I didn't know what time it was, I'm hanging out with Liam and a friend because Scott said that we didn't need to read the book.. Thanks for offering, but I'll probably sleep over at Liam's.." -Me

"OK stay safe, Goodnight" -Theo

"Goodnight" -Me

You know, if I didn't have a weird feeling about him.. He would be the sweetest guy.
"Who are you texting"
Liam asked lying next to me
"Theo, I asked him why no one was answering my texts" His eyes widened and I could notice that he didn't like me texting Theo..
"Well it is really late, they'd probably be asleep.."
"Where's Mason?" I looked around and he was gone, and the game was shut off
"He went home.. We have school in the morning remember"
"Oh yeah, well I should be going to bed to" I was about to go to the guest room where I stayed the week before but he grabbed my arm
"Stay, pleaseeee" he begged making puppy eyes, which I couldn't say no to..
"Fine, but nothing is happening..Ok?"
"I know"
I laid back down on the bed getting under the blankets as he put his arm around me
"Goodnight Liam"
"Goodnight Tate"
I closed my eyes and slowly fell asleep..
I woke up to Liam poking me in my stomach, which tickled a bit
"Just another hour please... I'm so comfortable" I mumbled rolling into the pillow
"Nope, he have track today remember.. I put all your clothes that you had left in the other room in my dresser so any other person can stay there.. We don't have time for breakfast, but hurry get dressed.. I'm already changed" He pulled the blanket off as the cold air from the a.c crept from my feet to my arms..
"It's to cold" I tried to use the extra pillows as blankets, but failed.. So I sat up and got dressed..

After track practice and a few classes Mason, Brett, and I decided to watch Liam practice Lacrosse on our free period so we were sitting in the middle of the bleachers when We noticed that Hayden and Liam were seeing Who could make the most goals.. And to be honest, that girl makes my blood boil so much..
"What's up with them" Brett asked as Mason took out of his phone..
"Well when Liam was going to anger management the was a fight in the halls and this was her year book photo" He showed us a picture of her with a broken nose, I've hear the story from Liam but I never saw the picture.
"What did she do to him" Brett asked and Mason clicked on a picture of little Liam with two black eyes and a broken nose.. We both made an 'ouch' sound while Mason had the biggest grin on his face.. Soon this Guy came running on the field yelling does anyone have an inhaler..
Liam shoot a look at me and we knew it was Scott, he's so lucky that I have extreme asthma.. When I was little I had asthma attacks in my sleep and I still do, they scare me so much.. No one would ever know the level of fear when waking up from sleep to have an asthma attack.. (A/N Guys this actually happens to me, and it scares the shit outta me..)
We were running through the halls yelling we have the inhaler, I was letting him use mine.. When we got to the classroom with a bunch of people circling around the door.
"We got it.. We have the inhaler" Liam grabbed my hand and we knelt next to Scott as I placed my inhaler in his hand..
"Scott, come on" Liam put his hand on Scott's shoulder
"Scott" Liam flashed his eyes yellow and Scott snapped back to reality, he was shaking a bit but he used the inhaler..
"Thanks" we both nodded and the bell rang so we all went to our next class..
I was in the library with Mason to study when we got separated..
"Hey, your Tate right?" a guy with green eyes and brown hair said
"Um Yeah, and you are.." I put a book back on the shelf
"I'm Dustin.. I'm on your cousins lacrosse team, I always see you and Mason cheering for them at practice" I blush a little because we always do stupid things when we cheer for them
"So you've seen our stupid act then"
"It's not stupid I think its-" he stopped talking because the lights began to flicker.. And I'm pretty sure that it was Kira
"Umm, I'm sorry I gotta go..See you around Brennan" I walk away to where I saw Mason go
"It's Dustin" he yelled from behind
"Damn... SORRY" I yell back
Finally I find the sitting on the ground
"I swear that wasn't me" She looked at me as if reading my mind..
"OK, umm Mason I'm gonna have to bail. I'm meeting Liam later and we're gonna go watch a movie.."

Liam

"So are we gonna hang out at my house or at yours"
"Mine.. I don't think Stiles is gonna be there, but first I wanna stop by the station to see my uncle and to see if Parrish found out what is yet.." I nod and we walk passed Hayden, I still can't believe that she had the lung transplant. I guess I was looking at her cause she stopped walking
"What" She yelled and Her sister turned around, her sister also worked at the station with Tate's uncle and Stiles Dad..
"Nothing" I say and grab Tate's hand as we walk away, I heard her sister ask
"Is that Liam Dunbar..He got cute" I smile and noticed that Tate let go of my hand and is looking at the ground..
"There's nothing to worry about..I promise" I put my arm around her waist as we walk to the Sheriff station since it wasn't far from the school..

I'm gonna be posting tomorrow and I may add in a Theo, or Stiles POV since they both have something's going on with them.. Meaning so I can get in the parts of what happened when Stiles saw his mom on the hospital roof, and because Theo is.. You know, helping the Dread Doctors. Anyways I'll be posting tomorrow but I'll be going to a friends house so I won't be posting past 6:00 and I won't be back til Thursday or Friday..
