"Switch on the TV," Krish ordered. One of his bodyguards immediately turned it on. Eric dropped himself onto the couch beside Krish with a sigh.
"We shouldn't have let her go," Eric muttered, rubbing his temples.
"Ric, BEDI Construction is Akshu's company now. She wants to attend the auction. I can stop her as a brother, not as a dictator," Krish responded with a weary sigh.
The door to Eric's cabin opened, and Alex and Raj stepped in.
"Has it started already?" Alex asked, glancing at them, in which they shook their head. Alex nodded and took a seat beside his son.
"Yes, Suraj. Stop worrying. She's already there," Raj reassured as Suraj entered just behind them, taking a seat beside Raj.
"I can't understand why she suddenly became so stubborn about going," Suraj huffed in frustration.
"Even this time, Ishu isn't that interested," he added with a frown.
"Let's not cry over spilled milk. It's already done. Though Ishu didn't go, I don't understand why she sent Tia instead," Krish remarked, his brows furrowing.
"True! Even I'm suspicious of it," Alex agreed, exchanging glances with his friends.
"I can't understand what's going on in that little brain of hers," Raj muttered, scratching his jaw.
Their eyes collectively shifted to the TV screen as the auction began.
