The four friends were escorted further into the Russian's base and then split up. Each of them were taken to a different cell, their hands tied behind their backs. Avery sat on the bench in the room, her head lulling to the side as she stared at the Russian Guard in front of her.
"Who do you work for?" He wondered.
"No one." Avery shook her head. "Who do you work for?"
"I'm not answering that." He told her.
"Standard." Avery muttered with a huff. "No one ever tells us things these days. Can you at least tell me where my friend are?"
"No." The man responded without any hesitation before another guard entered, the two men sharing a look before stepping closer to Avery. "Time to go. Come on, up, up."
"Wait—What?" Avery didn't have time to comply before they had a hold of her arms and were dragging her towards another room. "Hey, get off."
She tried to fight them off, to get them to loosen their punishing grip but it was no use. They kept walking down the hallways and into another room, the guards shoving Avery down on the floor. She groaned at the impact before she noticed the other people in the room.
"James? Steve?" The two boys laid unconscious on the floor, Avery crawling over to them to check if they were okay when the door opened once more. "Robin."
"Avery." Robin let out a breath of relief before she caught sight of the two boys. "Oh my god. Steve? Steve?"
"James, come on, wake up, please." Avery begged quietly.
The door opened again and this time a more important looking man walked through them, stopping right in front of Robin, who squared up to the man. "What did you do to him? What did you do?"
The man slapped Robin causing her to fall to the floor. The guards, after being ordered by the important looking man, grabbed the four friends, picking them up from the floor and placing them back to back on chairs in the middle of the room, tying them to each other so they wouldn't be able to move or escape.
