{Lauren's POV}

I wake up to the tranquil, serene sounds of the new day.

Every part of me feels rejuvenated, like I've somehow managed to shed bits and pieces of the old, worn-out version of me, in exchange for someone better.

The memories of last night flooded into my mind, and with them came the remnants of all of her touches and every word she uttered to me. My lips tingled at the thought alone and I couldn't help but flop wildly on my bed in excitement.

I kissed Camila. I actually did that.

I swing my comforter over my head and then throw it on the ground, then proceed to prance on it.

"I did it! Lo hice! I did it! Lo hice!" I snap my fingers and sing softly in the melody of the Nina Sky song, Oyi Mi Canto.

I'm so Hispanic.

However, my joy is short lived when I noticed the large black office chair in the right hand side of my room is moving. I scramble backwards on my bed in a panic.

Oh my god! Someone broke into my home and just sat there listening to my victory dance! What an asshole!

I grip my pillow tightly to my chest in fear as the chair continues to move backwards towards me at an agonizingly slow pace. It's then that I notice that I don't see any legs touching the floor and the chair seems to be rocking back and forth towards me, rather than just gliding.

Am I being made fun of by a ghost? What the hell is going on here?

Suddenly the chair swivels around and who other than Ally Brooke Hernandez makes herself known.

"And what exactly did you do, Missy?" She takes a large bite of the waffle that she was flopping around in her bare hand as she spoke, chewing rather aggressively.

"Allyson, what the actual fuck!" I scold the smaller girl.

"You don't get to say that! I'm the one that's supposed to say that!" I can barely understand what she's saying as she yells at me, little pieces of waffles flying out of her mouth and onto me and my bed. I flick the bits of chewed up food off me with pure disgust.

"What are you talking about? And when did you decide to sneak into my apartment? And where the hell did you get waffles?! There are so many questions, Hernandez, yet you aren't providing any answers."

I actually did want to know where she got those waffles from. They smelt amazing.

"You go out on a date for the first time in Lord knows how long, and instead of revealing the juicy details, you wanna ask me about waffles? Get yo life together, girl!" The petite girl says as she reaches out for a pillow and proceeds to attack me with it.

Once she's done with her assault, she rolls off my bed and huffs in annoyance. I can't contain my laughter any longer at the sight of a frustrated Ally. She's twice as adorable when she's irritated.

"Alright! I'll tell you all about it... but you have to promise me two things, ok?" My tone becomes more serious at the proposition.

Ally quickly takes notice of the change in my attitude, as well as the shift in the silly atmosphere that was there not a second ago. She sits down beside me, taking both my hands in hers.

"Of course, baby. Anything." Her voice is soothing and relaxing, as usual.

I take a deep breath before starting. "Ok, so yes, I did go on a date yesterday and I will absolutely tell you everything about it, but I just... I want you to, maybe, not make this so much of a big deal for now." I become hesitant towards the end, afraid that I might be coming off as bitchy or overly dramatic.
