Justin's POV

"Goodnight Oregon!" I waved to the crowd as I went backstage.

"Good show," Scooter greeted me.

"Thanks," I smiled.

I went to change and when I got out of my changing room I headed back to the bus.

"Next stop: Seattle!" Alfredo said.

I sat down next to the window and pulled out my journal. I started to write as the bus began rolling. I just recently broke up with my longtime girlfriend, Jenny Hansen who is a Brazilian supermodel. Since the breakup I've gotten three really good songs written and I'm working on a fourth.

"The crowd was good tonight," Alfredo said.

"I know," I agreed. "And it was a lot of fun."

"You look good out on that stage," Scooter said. "I know how much you need that."

"Thanks," I said. "It's been a good couple of weeks."

"Yeah," Alfredo said. "Your fans help."

"Yes they do," I said. "They help a lot."

We drove down the road and on one of the turns I noticed some car lights but it wasn't on the road.

"ROGER STOP THE BUS!" I shouted.

He pulled over and stopped the bus. I grabbed my phone and turned on the flashlight as I walked outside the pouring rain.

"Justin!" Scooter followed. "What are you doing?"

I looked over into the ditch where I saw the lights and I noticed a car.

"SCOOTER THERE'S A CAR! CALL 911," I started to run down the hill.

A girl was in the front seat, her body was draped over the steering wheel. I shook her lightly.

"Ma'am!" I said.

A big light came from nowhere and soon the car was on fire. I unbuckled the girl and carried her in my arms up the hill. I looked down at her tiny body in my arms, her head rested perfectly against my chest. The ambulance showed up. I watched them strap her onto a gurney and within minutes they where speeding down the road.

"You saved her life," Scooter said as we watched them put out the car fire.

I smiled to myself as I thought over what just happened. She wasn't an old woman, she was young, maybe even a teenager. Her body was fragile and I felt extremely sorry for her.

I went back onto the tour bus and didn't say much.

"You okay?" Alfredo asked me as we drove to the arena in Seattle.

"I'm fine," I said.

"You saved her life," Alfredo said.

"Yeah but what if she's not okay? And does she have family? Why was she in a ditch at four o'clock in the morning and not in her bed?"

"I know it's bugging you, but there's nothing you can do."

I looked back out the window, lost in thought. When we arrived at the arena I was mobbed by fans as I entered. I went to the dressing room where I sat and stared at myself in the mirror.

I looked at my tired eyes, I haven't slept in two days and I'm extremely tired. I looked at my messy, light brown hair. I looked at my tatted arms and I finally stood up.

I changed into a white v-neck, dark blue jeans, and red supras. There was a knock on the door as I fixed my hair.

"Come in," I said.

"Hey," Scooter came in the room. "The hospital in Seattle just called. The girl you saved is in critical condition, but she's lucky you saved her. She spent twenty four hours in that ditch and if you would've came any later she would've been dead."

"Can I see her?" I asked Scooter.

"Maybe tomorrow," Scooter closed the door.

I sat down on the couch and went on Twitter. The story of me saving the girl was trending. I read peoples' tweets and followed a few fans. After a few minutes on Twitter and Instagram I locked my phone and left the dressing room.

"Justin, meet and greet time!" Kenny told me.

We went over to the curtain where the meet and greet was held and fans started coming in. I felt happy with them, but part of me felt incomplete. Girls cried and I reassured them with a kiss on the cheek, making smiles go across their faces.

After a very loud, and fun show I went back to the bus where I fell asleep before I could change out of my clothes.
