Justin's POV

When I woke up I checked my phone.

"You saved someone's life?" A text from Jenny read
"Yes," I typed back.
"That's very attractive ;)" -Jenny.
"Jenny, you broke up with me." -Me.
"I know, but I miss you baby." -Jenny.
"It's too late now," I told her. Which resulted in a read with no response.

I got up and got dressed into a hoodie and jeans. I ate a bowl of cereal and brushed my teeth and hair.

"What do you want to do today? Since its your day off," Scooter said.

"I'm going to visit the girl," I said.

Scooter sighed, "you don't have to."

"But I want to," I said. "I want to see her."

"Well we leave tomorrow, so make the visit quick."

I rolled my eyes and left. I got a taxi to the hospital and covered my face as I went inside.

"How can I help you?" A nurse noticed the confused look on my face as I walked around.

"I'm looking for a girl," I said. "I don't know her name but I found her yesterday morning and I got a call saying she's here."

"Oh, Elizabeth Brown is up in the ICU."

"Thanks," I smiled slightly and got on the next elevator.

When I got to the ICU, I found her room. Inside she wasn't awake but I sat down anyway. There were monitors hooked up to her and she had a black eye. I ached to know her story, where she's from, why no one was here for her, what she's like.

"Excuse me?" A nurse came in.

"Hi," I stood up. "Sorry. I was just coming to visit her."

"Well you'd be a first, she hasn't had any family come in. You're Justin right?" The nurse said.

I nodded.

"I'm Sarah, and I'll be taking care of her. But she's in a coma right now. There was some brain damage that was too much for her."

"Is that all?"

"No, she's got multiple fractures around her body. Her lungs collapsed last night, and she was internally bleeding from her kidneys but they already operated on her."

"Well can you give me a call and let me know how she's doing?" I wrote down my number. "And don't give that to anyone. I just want to know how she is."

"I will call you if her condition changes in any way."

"Thanks," I smiled and then left the room.

I caught another taxi and went back to the tour bus. The bus left for Idaho a couple hours later. I sat in silence on my phone as i scrolled through Twitter.

"What's on your mind?" Alfredo asked.

"Nothing," I answered.

"You've been really quiet."

"Oh," I said.

I locked my phone and wrapped myself in a blanket. My phone rang and I answered.
