May this kind of love find me
Like the gentle warmth of that early morning sun
That sweet breeze of the northern wind, touching my skin under a blazing heat
Dancing in the rain, under grayish clouds looming over me, letting every droplet hit my face
That first drop of a cold soda after a tiring day, soothing my tongue and throat
That morning with a perfectly good sleep, opening your eyes with an unexplainable smile on your face
Will this love even find me?
When I refuse to be under the sun, covering myself up with things so that its light never touches my skin
When I wear the thickest sweater at the slight feeling of coldness of the wind
When I use a big umbrella, just so that not a droplet of the rain ever slides in me
When i choose to drink a lukewarm water, not because i want to, but because its the only thing available
When my night is filled with what ifs, postponing my sleep until its only 2 hours before my alarm went off
Its like I yearn for something i refuse to feel
