These are two wall sconces; the latter of which is dangerous around wood, but can be used if you're careful.
Glowstone Wall Sconce:
Items you will need:
Fence post: 1
Hatches: 3
Glowstone: 1
1: place your glowstone block on the desired wall spot.
2: around the three open sides, place your hatches, and close them.
3: directly beneath the glowstone, place your fencepost.
For the Netherack, repeat the steps above (minus the glowstone) and light the top on fire when you are finished.
