Dirt block 1
Place one fence post on the ground an stack a block of dirt on top of it.
Place a fence post on either side of the dirt block opposite each other.
Now, on top of the dirt block, place your jack-o-lantern.
Finally, destroy the dirt block and add in your last fence where the dirt used to be.
The purpose of the dirt is because you apparently can't put a pumpkin on a fence post but it will float in the air if you destroy things underneath it.
