Items you will need:
Iron Door: 1
Item Frame: 1
Redstone repeater: 1
Redstone Comparator: 1
Redstone: idk lol
Redstone torch: 2

1: Have a door with at least four spaces away from the door. (I know this is only three but I'm too lazy to go back and retake the picture.

3: This repeater hasn't been changed at all (don't change the clicks. Just face the right direction when placing.)

4: That block is placed on the third space away from the wall.

6: Again, nothing has been changed about the comparator. This pic was taken after I was finished so don't worry when your comparator doesn't light up when you place it down.

7: Make sure the item frame is placed exactly where I have it in the picture or else this won't work.

8: Any item can be used, but the painting has a little point at the top to tell me what direction it's facing.

9: When rotated to that direction, the door opens. Also, to close the door from the outside, the paining must be rotated back to the 12 o'clock position.
