Chapter Ten

When stewie saw that almost all his family was around he started crying, he has missed so much. The doctor came in and said the surgery went amazing and stewie should be able to start physical therapy soon and go home. Every one cheered and she went over and hugged her little boy, "Wheres dad?" "Oh! Right, I forgot to call him." Brian looked a little sad at her but Lois didn't seem to notice what he was doing. She left the room and called Peter. "Hello? Peter?" "Lois? What's... What's going on? Stewie dead?" "WHAT? No, hes awake" "what? Oh my god! I'll be there tomorrow!" "That's goo.. Wait? Why not now?" "I'm busy." Peter said coldly before he hung up before Lois could ask what's he been up too. She went back into the room, "Is he coming?" "Uh no, he said he'd come by tomorrow." Meg looked pissed at her answer to her question, "WHO THE HELL DOES HE THINK HE IS? HIS YOUNGEST SON JUST WAKES UP AFTER MONTHS OF BEING IN A COMA AND JUST HAD A HEART TRANSPLANT AND HE SAYS "OH ILL COME BY TOMORROW" THATS BULLSHIT MOM!" Lois tried to calm meg down, but Chris took her out of the room. Brian took Lois into the bathroom in stewies room and just left him hurt and confused. "I can't believe him Lois, where's he at? Or here's a better one. Where's he been?" "I... I don't know, I've been so preoccupied with everything I just kind never really noticed peters absence, after he left that one day." "What did he say to you?" "He seemed more upset that I called than anything else... He was shocked to hear that stewies even alive." "Lois we need to find where's he been, I'll talk to the guys to see if they've seen him or if he's staying with any of them." "Thank you Brian you're too good for me." "Oh I wouldn't say that" they lock eyes and begin to kiss, but a knock on the door stopped. It made Lois jump. They leave the bathroom leaving Brian angry he didn't get his kiss. But Brian then realized that Lois doesn't love Peter anymore. She went back over and sat next to stewie, "I hate the fat man.. I don't care if he ever comes." Stewie hasn't called him fat man in a really long time. Lois saw how hurt he was, she didn't tell him to stop calling him that. He was tired then fell asleep. "Come on kids let's let him rest." They left his room and left the hospital. Brian drove room, the car was silenced. Meg and Chris had their headphones on and Lois was staring out the window. Brian reached over and grabbed her hand, Lois reluctantly took it. Brian then let go, Lois looked over confused and he didn't look at her or say a word. They drove home in silence.
