Chapter Eighteen

Peter pulled in the hotel parking lot, where he sighed and took off his wedding band and put it in his pocket and got out of the car. He then made his way through the parking lot and headed up to the room him and Susie shared. He opened the door and instantly get attacked by hugs and kisses from Susie, "Oh Peter, I'm so happy we can finally be together! So when do we move in?" Peter looked surprised, "What are you talking about?" Susie started to grow annoyed, "The house Peter! When do we move in with your son? I can't wait to meet him!" Peter sighed, "Look uh, we're not." Susie then grew angry, "WHAT? WHAT DO YOU MEAN WERE NOT?" She looked at him with a face Peter never saw before, "Well yeah, she has good lawyers and I didn't. Her dad made sure I had nothing left. I drove a rental for Christ sakes!" He started to grow angry with Susie, "Well god damnit Peter! What are we supposed to do now?" "Gee I don't know Susie? We could do what we been doing and maybe you could get a job?!" Susie and Peter started yelling and screaming at each other. Meanwhile, Lois had just pulled into her drive way, Brian greeted her with flowers and kiss, "So it went well then?" "Oh Brian it was amazing seeing him crumble like a cookie, he lost everything! The only thing he has now is his name and his crap!" Brian and Lois shared a kiss, Bonnie then walked over with Joe, "Hi Lois, how'd things go?" Lois and Brian were caught off guard, Joe then smiled, "It's okay you two, you deserve to be happy." Lois smiled, "It went amazing Bonnie, he lost everything!" Joe seemed down, "Do you know where Peters staying by chance?" "No I don't know at all, he said he call if he forgot anything." "Alright I'll try calling him, take care you two." Joe and Bonnie smiled and waved goodbye, "Bye, we're going to have a party soon to celebrate!" Joe shouted back, "Can't wait!" Joe then went to call Peter.
Lois and Brian walked into house and told the kids everything about how Peter didn't win anything and won't be back anytime soon. They all smiled and hugged their mom, "Let's go out tonight kids." They all packed into the car and headed out to eat.
Back at the hotel where Peter and Susie were still arguing when they barley heard his cell go off, it was Joe. "Shut the fuck up for a minute it's Joe." Peter looked pissed and answered the phone happy, "Hey buddy! What's up?"
"I was just calling to make sure you're doing okay."
"Yeah, I'm great. Really happy to be out there."
"Well that's good to hear, do you want to get together now and grab a beer with Quagmire?"
"I'd love too. It's time him and I talked things over since my daughter is a lying whore."
"Haha oh Peter, it never gets old with you!"
"Hehe alright see you later."
Peter hung up the phone, and looked back at Susie who was still angry, "What you're just going to leave me and have a beer with my dad?"
"Perhaps a few, who knows I might be out all night."
Susie then started to scream at him, "You're a pathetic excuse of man! No wonder your wife left you!" Peter raged and lunged after her, and smacked her in the face a few times then hit her in face to where she had a bloody nose and he grabbed her by the hair and pulled her face up, "You listen here and listen good you slut, don't you ever talk about Lois ever again or it'll get worse!" Susie was afraid but still loved him, she nodded and started crying. Peter threw her on the floor, "Shut up, and clean yourself up and this place." Peter walked out the door, but came back for her keys and phone. "I'll be back eventually" and left her there on floor, Susie turned over and cried she then got up and went to go clean up and look at the damage there wasn't much blood but she knew her check would swell and be bruised.
