Test Time

Iruka sensei checked over my exam and I sat in my seat, nervous as hell. There's no way I'm gonna pass, I've never even used my chakra before. I'm gonna do worse than Naruto!"Wow, Gray! I must say, I'm impressed!" He said."I'm sorry I failed, it's not my fault, I- Wait, what?!" I stopped."You did even better than I expected." He said."Seriously?"

"Yep! You're score is a 78." He smiled. I turned white as a ghost and fell to the floor."That's impossible!" I screamed."Look for yourself." He handed me the paper and I looked over it. There were more checks than I expected to see. How could I have done so well when I barely knew the answer to the first question?

"Not it's time to start the physical test. Come with me." He said. I walked behind him to a large room and I stood and gawked."This is where the physical test will take place. Are you ready?" He asked me. I couldn't answer."Gray." He called and I snapped.

"Huh? Oh, could you repeat that? I was thinking about shooting a video here." I said. He lifted an eyebrow."Why?" He asked."Because this place is awesome!" I squealed like a fan girl.

"Well, you'd have to speak with the Hokage but I'm fine with it." He shrugs and I run to him, giving him a huge hug."Thank you, thank you, thank you!" I squealed."O-okay. Let's begin." He said and stood straight and still. I charged a t him and struck him in the gut.

'He's letting me hit him? Well, it is a test. It must be to see how strong I am already. Well, in that case I'll give him all I've got, although it doubt it's much.' I thought and kept sticking him. He flew so far, he crashed into the wall.

"You're pretty good for a beginner...Now let's see your defensive skills. Try dodging these." He said, brushing himself off and throwing a few shuriken at me at a time. It was easy at first and then it got a bit harder. Then he stopped."Okay, good. Now for the real thing." He said."Wha?" I froze.

Two guys appeared and I recognized them. I just didn't know their names."Hey there, little lady. I'm Izumo." said the guy with headband on like a bandana."And I'm Kotetsu." said the guy with a bandage over his nose."Hmm." I hummed, looking at all three men."What is it?" Iruka asked."I just can't decide."

"On what?"

"Which one of you is cutest." I said, putting a finger to my chin and smirking. All of them shot me a confused look."But we can discuss it later. Let's get started." I said and took my position. They reached into their pouches and threw hundreds of shrunken at me all at once. As if I knew where each one was coming from, I rapidly dodged them all and didn't get a scratch.

They all hit the wall behind me and I dropped to my knees, amazed."That was incredible, Gray." Iruka congratulated me. The three of them applauded me and I gave a faint smiled before I fell backwards."You can rest for now. When you wake up, well try again." was all I head before I blacked out.
