Chapter 1

Hello!!!

My name is Haley Ratliff, i'm 19 years old. I have a brother named Ellington, yup he's the drummer of R5, we haven't seen each other since last year because we had an argument, anyway, I have an awesome boyfriend named Kevin and many friends.

You may think that I'm one of that persons that says 'wooo let's get drunk and all that stuff' but honestly I'm one of that persons that prefers to stay indoors watching a movie with Kevin. I don't mind going out every now and then, I just don't like socializing. Okay, so I live with my mom, since my parents are divorced and he lives in another country.

CRASH!!!! Beep Beep Beep!!!

Well...maybe lost connection, she was working at the hospital right now, so I decided to go to Kevin's house tonight. I didn't know he had a party until I got there, but I guess it won't harm me for once in a while. I headed downstairs from the attic (Kevin's bedroom). The music was still blazing through the speakers and it was visible from upstairs. I was still wondering what that CRASH, on the endof my mum's line was, anyways it's probably nothing seriously.

I tried to find a way through the crowd, I came outside where Kevin and a group of his friends were. Nobody's here but a bunch of sluts and perverts.

"Kevin? Rose?" I screamed over the music, Rose was one of my besties.

Once I pulled up outside of the bathroom, I jumped in trying to get away from the crowd, it's getting warm in here. I got a shock in that moment. Sat on the couch was Kevin and....Rose? They were kissing, I gasped and without them noticing I slipped back bursting into tears. How could he cheat on me? We've been dating for 3 years!!

I ran all the way home not thinking that I was getting stared at by a lot of people. I couldn't believe my boyfriend cheated on me with my best friend!! Once I got to the outside my house I noticed a light was on. Shit! Someone entered the house! It couldn't be mum, she's working right now.

I tiptoed in, until i got to the door I started to hear some voices. I noticed one of them as Ellington. What's he doing back? I quickly tried to run up the stairs without him or any of his bandmates noticing me.

"Haley?" I didn't turn around to him because I was crying, "w-what?" he let out a sob when he looked at me, he maked me throw my head up to face him, "everything's ok, now she's in a better place, I'm here now, don't worry." He sobbed and I looked very confused at him. "What are you talking about Ell, K- kevin cheated on me with Rose!" I cried.

"You don't know." He whispered and he wiped his tears away. "What are you talking about?" I became really nervous.

"H-haley........ mum's dead..." As he said that I felt my heart skipped a beat. Then I knew what the CRASH meant, it was the dead line. Oh no. I felt like the room was spinning and my world was falling apart and soon everything became enough and the last thing I saw was a pair of worried hazel eyes before I fainted...
