Are we only enemies?

Chapter 16

I wake up to the feeling of something tickling my neck. Or someone, tickling my neck.

Draco's body is practically on top of me, his arm draped over my body and one leg in between mine. his head is in the crook of my neck and i can smell the bleach in his hair from here.

I smile and play with his hair for a bit until he stirs and wakes up. "Good morning."

Draco yawn and rubs his eyes. "morning." hes not really a morning person.

Draco turns to me and gives me a lazy smile as he plays with my hair.

"You ready for another day of classes?" I tease and he groans, dropping my hair and burying his face in my shoulder.

"Can we stay here please?" He mutters into my neck.

"No, we can't. Class starts in an hour. come on." I push him off me and get up.

He groans and rolls off the bed with a thud, a second later he's up and ready for class.

"it's not fair that you just say a spell and your ready, I like to take my time." I huff and stand up, crossing my arms over my chest.

"Then go, you have an hour to be ready."

As I make my way to the bathroom I pause remembering it's a Saturday. I grin mischievously and go to get ready. By the time I'm out I am wearing a mini jean skirt and a navy blue tank top, my long hair in neat curls with y makeup done. I come out to see him looking at himself in the mirror coming back his platinum hair.

He pauses his action as he sees me and straightens up fixing his school robes. "Why aren't you in uniform?" He questions eyeing me up and down

"Because it's Saturday silly."

His jaw drops. "I could've slept in?"

I nod sheepishly and peck his cheek before dragging him out the door."Im hungry let's eat."

He begrudgingly allows me to pull him. "Only because Im hungry too."

Today Ron thought it would be a good idea to stand up for Harry infront of the whole school. Despite Hermiones protests to sit down he came over and tugged on my hair.

"What now?" I ask shoving a muffin in my mouth.

"You think it's funny. Don't you?"

My lip curls up in confusion, I see some crumbs on his lip as I crane my neck to look up. Draco went to the bathroom with Blaise leaving me at the table with Pansy, Daphne and Theo.

"Babe's I don't know what you mean."

"I mean provoking your brother!" He practically shouts and Hermione rushes over grabbing his arm the same time Lavender grabs his arm.

I stand up, irritated with him and wishing he would leave me alone. "Provoking my brother?" My voice is deathly calm now.

"Ron please, it's not worth it." Hermione pleads and Lavender peppers his face with kisses.

Hermione looks at lavender as Ron wraps an arm around her waist. Hermiones face is a mix of disappointment and disgust. Lavender giggles with a snort.

"Babyyyy, y/n isn't worth it right now. She is just some lonely skank who is jealous of the chosen one." Lavender taunts.

The next thing I knew Lavender was on the floor crying and I see Hermione panting and rubbing her knuckles from the punch.

Wow.

She punches Lavender for me.

Or maybe for her aswell. #TEAMROMIONE

"YOU BITCH!" Lavender cries out.

"Get your hands off my man and get out of here before I turn your face into a cat. Believe me when I say it's not as fun as it looks." She says from personal experience.

Lavender runs away crying. Ron pauses and then spits at my shoe before running off. But the doors quickly close and block his exit, thats when I see Draco and Blaise entering.

"What's the matter, Weaslbee? Your tired of dating a mud blood and chose to date a slut?"

My man is hot when he cusses.

Ron stammers and then Harry stands up.

Why can't we ever have a normal breakfast?

"I see your bullying Ron again." He tells me and I glare at him. "What have you been telling everyone? I provoke you? Fuck off."  I spit out and he holds his hands up in defense.

"I just said you know it pushes my buttons when you're with him."

Thats when Draco finally attacks him. Me and Hermione yell out a shriek and I despertratley try pulling Draco off him.

Theo and Blaise stand up and I tense. This will be a bloody day.

By the end of the day, we all had detention. Me, Ron, Hermione, Harry, Draco, Theo and Blaise. Snape was supervising us and since he favored Slytherins me and the guys got off easily.

Ron huffs but quickly jumps back when he sees a spider in the corner.

Our detention was to clean out this old dusty classroom so a new professor could take it.

Meanwhile, me Draco and Theo and Blaise were grading papers with an answer key.

I'd definitely say we got off easy.

"Relax Ron, remember the spell. Turn it into something funny then squash it." Harry was quick to smooth as Hermione dusts the spiderwebs away, the humidity not helping her curls.

Draco leans over, breath tickling my ear as he nibbles my earlobe. "Can't wait to finish and leave these sorry excuses.." He whispers and I suppress a shiver.

After a while were are finally excused and we return to our rooms.

As we say our good nights to our friends me and Draco lay down cuddling. Talking about the future.

"I want a big White House with nice gates and a huge flatscreen tv." I say into his chest.

He humors me with a content hum stroking my back. "Anything else, love?"

I nod, "I want a huge diamond ring. Like the size of my fist. Oh and five kids." I giggle.

He tenses then slowly relaxes and mutters quietly "Merlins beard..."

I look up at him. "Will you do it?"

He looks down at me then kisses my nose, forehead, and cheek. "For you? Anything." Then he kisses me, gentle then hungry until we are both so exhausted we fall asleep.
