Chapter 2

BEEP BEEP BEEP Connor opened his eyes as he saw his alarm going off on his phone. He swung his arm over to his bedside table to grab his phone but accidentally knocked it off. Connor felt his heart speed up ten times because of the horrifying crack that his phone made as it hit the floor. He audibly gasped as he jumped out of bed to get it.

It was laying up side down and Connor didn't even want to pick it up because he knew it had broken. He looked down at it and slowly bent over to reveal the moment of truth. "Oh God please no," he said as he grabbed his phone. He turned it over and what he saw was worse than he had expected. There were pieces of glass on the floor and his screen was completely destroyed. He turned it on and thankfully it still worked.

He sighed as he walked to his bathroom to take a shower before Tyler came to get him. Thirty minutes later he got out of the shower and be checked the time. He could read 10:30 am through his demolished phone screen. He cursed as he realized he only had thirty minutes to get ready.

He walked over to his mirror and began fixing his hair, styling it into his signature quiff. Then walked to his room got dressed and as soon as he walked into the living room he could see Tyler coming down his street.

"Mom," Connor yelled "I'm going to lunch with Tyler."

"Ok." His mom yelled back as he left the house.

Tyler immediately gasped as Connor got in the car "Connor oh my god what did you do to your phone!" Tyler practically screamed. As Connor ended the story about what had happened earlier that morming he said,
"So i was thinking maybe before lunch we can drop it off to get it fixed and pick it up after we are done shopping?"

"Sure," Tyler responded as they made their way to the Version store to drop Connor's phone off.

After they dropped Connor's phone off they drove to the restaurant. They ended up listening to Lady Gaga the whole time because Tyler wouldn't let him change it.

"Tyler you practically worship Lady Gaga. You know that there are other artists you could listen to." Connor said sarcastically.

"I don't practically worship her, I do worship her." Tyler said with a wink.

Connor laughed as they parked in front of the small restaurant and walked in. As they were seated they started talking about anything and everything as friends do. As their food arrived they ate in a comfortable silence.

Tyler looked up from his food and asked, "Sooo are you excited about coming to a real school?"

"Yeah it's been pretty boring being homeschooled all my life." He said as he took a sip of his drink. "So what are the tricks to surviving high school?" He asked curiously.

"Just make friends and always have their back, don't be afraid to slap a bitch, and" Tyler lowered his voice almost to a whisper as he said, "stay far away from Troye Sivan."

Ok so I wasn't happy with the way this story looked so I changed the cover and the title and the description oops. I'm also going to try to update at least twice a week. *winks* BYEEEE
