Chapter 14

Aby's POV.

Chloe dragged me into the front hall as all the boys congratulated Harry.

"Aby! Your only 14!" She hissed into my ear "He's 19."

"Your only 16." I mocked "he's 19

"Yeah but I'm turning 17 this year and if I may recall your birthday was in JANUARY." Chloe fumed

"I don't care! I'm dating someone that makes me feel beautiful and like I'm worth something" I replied stubbornly "I'm not giving that up because of an age difference."

"I'm just looking out for you!" She whisper-screamed "Harry has the repetition of a player. Why do you think he'll change for you?"

"I don't. I just know he's decent enough to stay loyal to me." I hissed "You just don't want me to be happy."

"You know that's not true! Your my best friend." Chloe said, tears in her eyes

"Am I? Or was I just the girl that introduced you to One Direction?" I said, as the tears stream down my face [MOMENTS]

Chloe didn't reply, she just looked down at her hands. Exactly.

"Whatever. Why don't you just go hang with the boy that got you knocked up but can't even grow a pair and ask you out." I said, hating myself more and more after each word

Chloe slid down against the wall, openly crying now. I wanted nothing more than to comfort her. To give her a hug and tell her it will all be okay. But she used me. Only stuck around to meet them. I haven't even hung out with her by myself except for when I met her at Starbucks.

I grabbed my union Jack backpack, walked out the front door and started walking aimlessly; putting my music on shuffle and slipping in my head phones.

" Will I always be there for you?

UGGH! My own iPod has turned against me!

The guys must be worried... I opened my phone and saw all the guys texted me and Harry called me a few times. I'll call him back.

"WE WERE SCARED SICK,!" Harry screamed

" don't get your knickers in a twist. I'm fine. Just lost..." I said "I'm somewhere in my neighborhood."

"We'll do you see any street signs?!" He said, panicked

I looked around. Trees, trees, trees, AND LOOK more trees. Not a street sign around! Or a road for that matter.

"A forest." I said

'I know where you are! Stay RIGHT there!"

Yeah right. Maybe this magic clock will help me out of the woods or at least a compass in it! I picked it up in my hand, turning it over and over. I must have not been paying attention to where I was going because next thing I know, I'm falling.

"AGH!" I screamed into the phone, yanking my necklace off.

I felt myself getting younger.mThen total darkness.
