YOU TOSSED AND TURNED AROUND in your bed as you cried on your tear stained pillow. every night since the argument you've been crying yourself to sleep. you thought after connie's talk and going out with sasha you'd be okay. but you were wrong.

when you and eren first broke up you told yourself you'd never be that upset over a dude again. yet here you were, doing the exact same thing. except this time you just couldn't go to sleep no matter how hard you tried. you needed someone to talk to. you needed to vent so you wouldn't have all the feelings just bottled up.

you knew everyone was probably asleep. but there was one person who you had a feeling would pick up. you clicked on his contact and waited as the phone rang.

"hello?" he answered in a sleepy voice.

"i'm sorry i'm calling you at three in the morning, but armin can i please come over?"  you asked while you wiped your tears.

"yeah of course. are you okay? you sound like you've been crying." he questioned with concern.

"yeah i just wanna hang out you know?" you told him.

"yeah you can come over." he replied. you thanked him then hung up the phone.

you got up and started to get your stuff together. you kept on the oversized shirt you had on and threw on some shorts. you didn't even bother to put on a bra or take your bonnet off. you just didn't have the energy. also, you felt comfortable enough around armin to not have to.

you grabbed your phone and keys then left your house to go to armin's. after a semi-short drive you were there. you walked up to his door, knocked, then waited patiently. his puppy bleu immediately started barking. armin soon opened the door. he had on glasses, no shirt, pajama pants, and his hair was messy.

"sorry about how i look." he chuckled while he let you in.

"it's okay. look at me." you laughed also.

"you look fine. hold on i'm gonna put bleu in her room." he said.

you nodded and watched him lead the puppy to her room. you found it so cute that he gave bleu her own space in his house. it was filled with toys and had decorations everywhere. that puppy was his child.

"okay i'm back. you want something to drink or eat?" he asked.

"i'm good thank you though." you answered.

you both sat down on the couch. you stared at the floor as you got lost in your thoughts. you were pulled out of them when armin called your name. you looked over at him and raised your eyebrows.

"hmm?" you hummed.

"talk to me." he said.

those were the only words you needed. you began to spill everything out to armin. every thought, every time you cried, every ignored call, all of it.

"i just wish we could go back to how it used to be before he left. we were so...in love. it's like we loved each other more when nobody knew we were together." you said.

"honestly y/n, i don't think that he doesn't love you. eren's got some stuff going on. i actually hung out with him the other day. he's not doing well." he began.

"he looks like shit y/n. i hate to say it but he does. his house is a mess and he drinks and smokes constantly. if he didn't love you he wouldn't be this affected by your breakup." he finished.
