I jumped out of the water just in time to miss the attack. She quickly followed. Balthazar didn't move a muscle, he knew me well enough to know that I could handle this. He did however, sit up and watch closely. I darted to my sword and grabbed it from it's holster. I turned around and pointed it straight at her neck where she barely stopped herself.
She was centimeters from my blade. She gulped and I held it firmly out as the others quickly came from the hot springs and ran toward us.
"You're a monster." she spit to me.
"I am not my father." I hissed to her.
"Close enough." she continued to taunt.
"Astrid!" Hiccup yelled.
"What? She is the offspring of a monster and trained to be like him." she yelled.
"Astrid, stop. If you would stop being jealous and actually saw that she is a really nice person you would be able to see that she isn't anything like her father." Hiccup defended.
"She had a sword to my throat!" she grunted. I took the sword away and sheathed it. Balthazar came behind me and stood firm.
"You gave me no choice." I stated calmly.
"Why I outta-," she tried to attack me, but I had my sword pulled and to her throat before she could move any closer.
"I don't want to hurt you, Astrid." I said with pleading eyes.
"Astrid, that is enough." Hiccup yelled.
"Yeah Astrid. She hasn't done anything but help dragons. Look how many she has befriended." Snotlout walked next to me and smiled down at me. He was a little taller then me, but not much.
"Dude, you need to calm down. If you listened you would know that he abandoned her." Ruffnut walked next to me and punched my arm lightly.
"Give her a chance, Astrid." Fishlegs said walking by me with a sad smile. Tuffnut walked over with his sister, obviously agreeing with her. I put away my sword and looked at Astrid.
"Look, I am still willing to be your friend, but I think you need some time to cool off. I'm going to go get mine and Balthazar's lunch." I began putting on my now dry clothes and securely placed my sword on my hips. I pulled on my boots and braided my hair.
I took note and saw Ruffnut and Tuffnut getting ready along with Snotlout and Fishlegs. I pulled on my headband and began wrapping my arms in the wraps again. I finished by securely wrapping my claws around my hands. I climbed on Balthazar while the others followed suit, except for Hiccup and Astrid. Balthazar took off into the air and began scanning the ocean for a school of fish. I spotted one a few miles out and pointed down.
Balthazar took note and shot lightning down. The fish rose to the surface of the water. Balthazar flew down and scooped some of the fish in his mouth and grabbed two for me with his feet. The others followed and grabbed the remaining fish, eating them midair. Balthazar did this one more time with a few large Tuna's. Balthazar grabbed two for Stormfly and Toothless while the others ate the rest of the Tuna.
"Take these back to Stormfly and Toothless. Balthazar and I are going to recharge." Snotlout grabbed the fish and they began heading back. I saw a storm in the distance which looked to be quite a few miles out, but their were no other clouds around, so the trip was necessary.
Balthazar kicked in his highest speed and began flying toward the storm. Like the Night Fury, Skrill dragons were extremely fast and could create a sound barrier and occasionally sonic booms, but if there would be a race against Toothless and Balthazar, Toothless would win.
