Balthazar launched me and landed on a roof below me. I landed next to him, eager to see this place. According to Hiccup, they use to kill dragons and hunt them, sickening, but that all changed when he met Toothless.

"Who is that?" a woman jumped when I landed. I slid off of the roof and landed on the ground while Balthazar walked down the roof and jumped ever so slightly, landing next to me.

"Hello. I am Hlín and this is Balthazar. I am friends of Hiccup and the rest of the group." I smiled. I held out my hand which she took, shaking it firmly.

"Nice to meet you Hlín. Mighty fine dragon you have. What kind?" she asked as she reached out to pet Balthazar. Balthazar gladly accepted and bent down to where she began petting his face.

"He is a Skrill dragon." I answered.

"Skrill? Are those not extremely dangerous and untamable?" she said with a shocked face.

"Every dragon is tamable. Every dragon is also easy to become friends as well, but if you spend your whole life believing that they aren't then they will never be to you." I explained.

"Very wise for such a young girl." she complimented.

"Hlín! Let's go, I want you to meet someone." Hiccup called as the group hovered above me.

"I must go, but it was nice to meet you." I waved. She waved back as I took off into the sky. I followed the group back to where I presume is Hiccups place. He did say he wanted me to meet his mom, but little did he know that I already met her.

We landed outside the house and jumped off the dragons. I walked behind Hiccup up to the door. He opened the door and called for his mother to come out. I wait patiently as Balthazar sat behind me, now.

"Yes, Hiccup." she emerged from the house and took one look at me and smiled.

"Mom this is-," he was cut off by his mother.

"Hlín, it is wonderful to see you." Valka said smiling.

"Valka! I haven't seen you in years." I hugged her and then backed up to see the group looking at us strangely.

"Oh Hiccup, you must be confused." she said with a laugh. "I met Hlín a couple years ago. She followed me to the ice cavern. I made sure she wasn't seen by the Bewilderbeast and then we talked for the whole night. I hadn't seen her since." she explained.

"Valka, I can't believe it's been this long. I truly should've come back to visit, but you know how I am." I chuckled.

"Oh yes, you go where ever the storm leads." she said with a laugh.

"I hope you don't think differently of me, with my father and all." I said with a small shrug.

"Of course not. You are not your parents." she said.

"Thank goodness. I don't think I could forgive myself if you did." I sighed.

"How is Balthazar?" she asked me as she walked over to him. He greeted her happily, rubbing his nose against his hands.

"Trouble maker as always." I chuckled. She laughed with me while the group just stood there, confused.

"Where are my manners?" Valka said while walking in the house and motioning for us to follow. "Would you seven like breakfast?" she asked with a smile.

"That would be lovely." I smiled at Hiccup. He rolled his eyes at me as we entered the house. Hiccup led us to the dinning room. Snotlout pulled out my chair which I just rolled my eyes too. He then sat closely beside me. Astrid sat to my right with Hiccup at the head of the table. Opposite of Astrid was Ruffnut, across from me was Tuffnut, across from Snotlout was Fishlegs and at the other head of the table was Valka.
