Part II

The games begin

Things weren't the same as it was before. Things have changed so much. There are times when words seem to fail them each time. And, there are moments when they wished they can say something sweet and romantic to each other & that led them to a point of trying. But that didn't work out anymore even if they tried. Some good things never last. Maybe in the right time when their souls meet again and free for the entire burden they had in life.

She rushed in a hurry not to be late on the show. She arrived on time and safe. Everyone was waiting for her to come. As she entered the room, everybody was looking at her and then she smiled to each and every one of them. It didn't cross her mind that Alex wasn't around for that day. Her PA called her attention that the show will start soon. She went outside her room and go directly to the studio to start the show not knowing Alex wasn't there. But still she managed to handle it perfectly even if she longed for him that night. The show ended so well.

On the other hand, Alex was sick. He didn't bother her anymore. He just wants her to keep her away from all of his troubles and not so good things happening lately and also his tribulations, fears, anxiety, conflicts being thrown at him. Some may come and walked away in his life and leaving him so empty. One needs to sacrifice in order for them to realize what their feelings for each other may lead to. But somewhere within his thoughts his world was like an empty shell. At the back of his mind, he was thinking so bad and be able to see the other side of it instead and don't like things to complicate his life anymore & let her suffer for him too for he can't bear it.

They maintained their friendship for the sake of the show and let other things work for them. She wondered what happened to him that day and why he can't make it nor showed up. She wanted to call him but things aren't the same anymore. She let her feelings swept away by her thoughts. She dropped the phone into the table beside her bed and started fixing herself for a shower while Alex was trying to meditate evaluates and even confronting himself on what is he going to do about it? If he will continue the relationship he had for her or follows what would be the best interest for both of them. He missed her badly. Another day spent without her but here he is longing for her. How can he continue where he left off? He needed to sleep now because his head was aching so badly. At times like this, things couldn't work out the way he wants it to happen. He woke up at the right side of the bed, feeling well and happy to go to work and start all over again. It's a new day and a new beginning to kick off what's ahead of him. He was so overwhelmed and excited to see her after work. He decided to catch her later but before that he gets his phone and dialed her number. It just ringing and kept on ringing until it stops and gone. He looked for his car and drove heading to her home right away maybe she's in the bathroom or doing something that's why she never heard of her phone ringing. He calls her again and Thank God, she answers the phone right away.

Hello! She said while hearing her phone ringing after getting out of the bathroom quickly.

Where were you? I've been calling you all along? He prompted.

I'm in the bathroom, why? She hissed while dressing herself but put on the speaker for them to talk without holding it.

I thought you're not in the house that's why I called up again. But now I can smell you,"he speaks softly.

Shut up! What do you need? She chuckles.

I miss you. I can't take it without seeing you only in just a minute. It made me crazy.

My goodness Alex, it will passby like you always said... (Laughing on the other line while talking to him)

I'm on my way now to your house,"he exclaimed.
