Chapter 9

     Skai's POV

I lie on his chest. He asked me to be his so i guess we're official. Awe shit its Monday . I have work. I get up up and quietly leave. I wash my hair and shower then I take a simple midi dress from my closet and a pumps. I take the bus and when I arrive I see Justin headed towards me. I make a b-line for the girl's room but he catches my hand

" Sorry about last night , something came up"

"Umm...Ok" I say

Tucking a strand of my hair behind my ear and walk off. I safely get to my office and close the door. I slam my bags down on the table and rake my hands through my hair. I could go for a cup of coffee now though. it take up my phone and call my PA. " hey Jess, can you pick up a cappuccino for me please" I notice was the first time that my phone is manufactured by Voliskaei-- Nathaniel's company hmmm I'm not very observant am I. (A/N I couldn't help but think no s*** Sherlock as I wrote this). I put down the phone and go to the fax machine to see an incoming fax

I Crush the fax into a ball and into the wastebasket it goes. I do a commentator voice" oh she did it again and it's her first goal a new personal best and the crowd goes wild ahh ahhh." Jess comes in and gives me a weird look

" Don't mind me" I say with wave of the hand " coffee?" I say changing the subject

" oh yeah I got you coffee and a bagel, today is Monday and if I'm correct that means you stayed up late reading papers which equals to you getting up late an skipping breakfast"

" oh just give me the food and tell me what's wrong" she hands me my breakfast and chuckles nervously shifting from foot to foot. I stared her waiting for her to continue "well!!?"

" well I would like some time off, I want to go visit my aunt and--" " no explanations needed its cool. How long?" that's when her frown seems to deepen I raise my
eyebrows

"Six months" she says her hands wraped together. I scrunge up my nose and hold my hand to my chin, then rubbing the back of my neck I say 

" ok fine come on I'll just get a new assistant for the time being" she thanks me and walks out.

I look at my desk and wonder where are all the papers then I remember, my face turns white. What the hell did I do last night-- oh that's right I was locking lips with my sexy neighbor ! 

I run my hands through my hair, okay well I can do all that tomorrow no tonight! Right . I'm a lot nervous today, I want to know why taking a deep breath I look at the door sighing I sit back in the chair, I'm exhausted. I close my eyes and rub my temple 

"Hard day? " says an ominous voice. I started to scream but stopped midstream when I see its Nathaniel. I nod my head slowly, behind me and starts rubbing my shoulders how awesome is he. I close my eyes again and scrunge my eyebrows

" what are you doing here, don't you have work?" asking In a confused voice he looks at me with a smirk " I'm the CEO I can do what I want and right now I want to kiss my girliefriend" he says in a smooth voice. I heard him but I'm frozen still. 

He called me his girlfriend well he said girliefriend but hey I can't believe we're together what came over me last night. I don't know I don't have the confidence I had closed my eyes again instead of attacking his lips. I close my eyes and let his hands continue to work that magic suddenly I feel his hot breath my coming from my shoulder blade up

" ah ah ah don't leave me hanging now" he murmurs as his lips travel north up my jaw stopping just before my lips and before I can stop it a gasp escapes my lips betraying my calm and collected demeanor. He chuckles then stand up straight

 " I guess I better get going" he says and I almost whimpered. 

" yeah do that" I say rising to lead him to the door 

he steps out  andI hold it open for him. He stops mid step makes a u-turn and the rest his hand on the small of my back and uses one hand to hold forcing me to look at him." see you later"

He asked"mmhn"

I reply nodding.

His soft lips fall on mine 

  finally!!

I get on my tippy toes, fling my hands over his shoulders and kiss him back. His tongue brushes my bottom lip seeking admittance i grant his request eagerly. Just as the kiss is getting heated I remember I'm at work, Why didnt he kiss me like this inside my office!!! I pull away " definitely later" I add and watch as he leaves now I have to deal with wondering eyes And jealous stares. I turn around taking in everyone's face but the one that most surprised me and scared me was justin's he looked ready to kill
