IV. PARKING LOVE

DAWN ZULUETA.

CALL ME WHEN YOU'RE COMING. I'M AT THE PARKING LOT ALREADY.

I read that message from Richard after the show. That was when people were busy congratulating the winners and some from our team were leaving. After I changed my clothes, I silently pulled Vivian towards the corner. "I have something to tell you Viv," I smirked. "Richard is outside waiting for me. He offered a ride home," I confessed.

"Really?" she said, looking so surprised. "So what do you want me to do?" she asked.

"I accepted his offer, Viv but I don't want anyone to know. Can we keep this a secret?" I cried.

Vivian paused for a moment and replied, "Ok. If you're sure about this then go. I know what to tell people if ever they ask," she paused again. "Be careful though," and gave me a hug.

"Thanks, Mare!" I told her, hugged her even tighter, and said goodbye.

RICHARD GOMEZ.

I waited in my car for half an hour. I tried my best not to be recognized by anyone and luckily, I succeeded. In fact, only a few cars were there and no one was around. Maybe the stars approved of anything bound to happen between me and Dawn.

When my phone rang, it was Dawn calling. "Hello, Gomz? Where's your car?" she asked. I looked around and saw Dawn standing quite far from where I parked. She wore a black blouse paired with a skirt a little above her knees. "I see you now. Wait for me there," I replied as I got out of the car. I pressed end the call as I walked closer to Dawn, who was looking at the opposite direction. She didn't notice me at all, so I grabbed her by the hand and pulled her closer to me. I obviously gave her a fright! But as soon as she realized it was me, she wrapped her arms around my neck, with our bodies so close and our lips almost landing on each other.

"Thanks for coming," Dawn said as we looked at each other straight in the eye.

"Let's go?" I asked. When she nodded, I held her hand and she held mine, too. We walked with our hands holding each other so tight. When we reached my car, I leaned her back against the door, ran my fingers through her neatly-combed hair, and kissed her thin lips. There was such a sweet taste when Dawn's lips pressed firmly against mine. That moment, we did breathe as one and I could tell that we enjoyed every bit of it.

"Chard," Dawn warned as she avoided getting kissed again. I then moved backwards, felt a little embarassed of what I did, and finally let go of her hands. Both surprised of what happened, we just looked at each other and didn't say a single word. The silence remained until I remembered opening the door for her. "Get in the car, Dawn," I told her.

As she sat comfortably, I inserted my key into the ignition and started the engine. "Seat belt?" I reminded. "Done," she assured me.

"Is Anton waiting for you?" I asked as I pulled the gear stick.

"No, he's in Davao with the kids," Dawn responded. Slowly, she rubbed her hand against mine. "Chard, I am sorry we had to stop," she added as the craving in her eyes became obvious to me.

Dawn wanted more and I couldn't help but give in.
